Ordered a pair of shoes and the are ABSOLUTELY NOT ! What’s advertised! I can’t believe I fell for this I never order online and unfortunately I read mixed reviews . I mean the color was supposed to be cognac they were ORANGE! And cheap this is unreal! $80 gone ! Seems like if I want to send them back it’s not even worth it. They know what they are doing this is insane. Now I have to find another pair of shoes to go with my suit for my daughter’s wedding ! They should allow you to rate these people with zero stars . Absolutely and unequivocally horrible!

After ordering a pair of shorts that looked like cotton, I got a pair of satin-like shorts that didn't come close to fitting (even after reading their size guide). They wanted to charge me 30% to return them for a different size of a pair of shorts that I didn't want. They offered a $6.00 back if I returned them. This place is a rip-off. They guarantee 100% satisfaction. Bullsh!t. Now they have a "Final Sale" going on. 70% off. I'll bet they are trying to get rid of all of the Chinese crap they bought before they go out of business and keep your money.

False advertising, images, all fake and nothing like the actual product. I am embarrassed to donate this crap to Goodwill.

AI marketing images do not reflect actual product. It does not look anything like what they show online. Making silly offers of a 10% refund since it is so expensive to ship back to China. Washington is a tagline in there namesake and what may be an AI Storefront shown on their website but no address. It's slick, but a really nasty Chinese scam.

If I could, I would give NO STARS. Merch came from China weeks after I ordered. Their "easy" returns meant I would have to pay the shipping back to China in exchange for a 10% discount. Really? They fooled me.

1 star is being generous. This company is a scam and Facebook needs to be allowed to show these reviews. I will give them 5 stars for scamming! I ordered 2 blouses that were nothing like the picture and description I ordered from and after 4 emails begging for some resolution on a refund, I was offered the 40% return of my purchase as a return option. Oh and I get to keep the blouses. No wonder they tell you to keep the crap because it probably cost them a $1.50 to make them, labor included. You can’t get them for fraud because after 4 offers they finally offer a full refund after you pay to return them to an address in China that took 12 lines to type out, and you have to pay extra for the prove they want that you have returned the product. A valuable lesson learned: check contact info, that’s when the Chinese starts coming to light, and I knew I had been had! I guess I’ll make a trip to Goodwill, heck they may not even hang them up!

What a rip off in my book, ordered a large and came from china as maybe a small and the material was terrible and didn’t come close to matching the picture. Ordered a blue shirt and it to came as well some kinda of maybe Teal will try and return but it was shipped from China

HORRIBLE QUALITY-don’t fall for the ad. It’s crap from China. And it took forever to get here.

Ordered sandals and a pair of shorts. Neither fit and the quality of the products was extremely poor in comparison to the advertisement on the website.
Was offered 10% plus keep items, rejected; was offered 20% plus keep items; went all the way to 50% final offer. I had received the items in a plastic bag rapped with tape. Knew I was in trouble from the start as in all my shopping I have never had items wrapped like they were garbage.
I decided to approach my credit card company for a full refund. While 50% is tempting it is giving money away for false advertising and poor quality and bad business practices. Having to return items to China is costly and it was not noted in their return policy.

Company is a scam. False advertising. You can only return it if you mail it back to China.

Worst company ever! They ship product from China, so it takes weeks to arrive. Then, if you want to return or refund the item, they say they will only refund you after you pay the freight to ship the item back to China. Total ripoff!!

I purchased 2 pairs of men's cargo shorts for $54 each (on sale). The photo of the shorts on the website looked like very good heavy duty cotton material. The product that I received was light weight polyester with a stamped on "label". The shorts were not remotely close to the website photo and description. Comparing the website to what I received was blatant fraud. I contacted the company who offered a 10% refund, then a 20% refund, then a 30% refund and finally a 40% refund. The only way to get a full refund was to pay for shipping back to China which was not an acceptable solution given that the company was 100% at fault for fraudulent advertising. The website made the company look as if it was US based. It wasn't until I started tracking the package that I realized the product was being shipped from China. The company itself is based in the Netherlands. Also, the Cooper and Hayes website does not have product reviews and no way to write a public review. I would never purchase anything from Cooper and Hayes again.

The men's clothing that arrived included items I didn't order and sizes that didn't fit. The quality was horrible and forget about trying to return items. I've wasted more time trying to get the items returned then it's worth. Avoid this company completely!!!
