No Customer Service Manners
Experience was fine in terms of response times, but the support was quite limited. I found the tone of the emails (Denny) unprofessional and dry, and I was given very few practical details on how to proceed with my request (to the point that I needed to ask questions to understand what details to share to have things in motion).
It felt like I wasn't taken seriously, and they didn't want to take the job. I only wasted time with them. Obviously, I don't want to work with and give money to someone with such an attitude.
With more attention to communication and clearer guidance on the next steps, the service would improve significantly, and you wouldn't lose jobs!

Fantastic service and product
No hassle right from the initial contact. We visited the showroom. Staff gave us the information we needed and didn't hassle us. The quote was prompt and again there was no pressure applied to buy. Every other step was very professional. Great communication. The fitters, Craig and Elliot did a brilliant job and gave advice about taking care of the quartz. Absolutely delighted.

These guys are slick. Quartz measured to perfection by computer in your own kitchen and fitted perfectly, great choice of quartz too and all available to see in a showroom first. Cannot fault their approach, really professional and looks stunning!

Flawless quartz installation
Alan and Paul did an outstanding job fitting quartz at my house. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took real care with the details — the finish looks absolutely perfect.
They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and left the place spotless once they were done. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine great workmanship with such a positive attitude, but Alan and Paul definitely do. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering quartz installation.
