Superb showroom and very helpful staff
Superb showroom and very helpful staff. Went to showroom Saturday, proposal by Wednesday, templated ( which was super thorough and took quite a while with laser and CAD) next day on Thursday fitted the following Tuesday. From walking into showroom to install 10 days. Superb result and quality too. The worktops and upstands fit like a glove

Smooth and painless process with a perfect outcome.
We had new work surfaces on existing kitchen island and cupboards. The whole process has been very smooth and carried out with friendly professionalism throughout. We visited the showroom with a rough plan of the kitchen layout with measurements, we chose our preferred quartz surface and had a no pressure chat with a helpful lady who told us how things would progress if we accepted the quote which would be forthcoming based on our floor plan. The quote arrived later that afternoon, it was less than we had expected and we accepted. We then chose a starting date for the revamp to begin. We had opted to have the existing work surfaces removed and hob and sink disconnected by the revamp team in preparation for "templating' (the actual fitting plan that guides the cutting of the final work surfaces). This took place on the Tuesday, removal in the morning and templating in the afternoon. The new work surfaces would be ready to fit in 3 days. The fitting team arrived on first thing on Friday and cracked on immediately. They were finished in two hours, thanks to the accuracy of the templating process. The outcome was fabulous! A real wow factor upgrade to our kitchen. After the fitting and after the fitting team had left, we noticed there had been some small movement on one of the panels on the back side of the island, leaving the panel mis-aligned. This wasn't initially obvious because it was under the overhang of the work surface over the cupboard back. As the silicon fixative had gone off we couldn't move it back into position. We rang Prestige Granite and they said that the revamp team would be notified. The revamp team came back the next afternoon and corrected the problem, leaving us with an absolutely perfect fitting. So, a huge thank you to Prestige Granite for giving us a perfect outcome and to the fitting team, Ian, Grant and Brad and the revamp team, Mike and Jason for their friendliness, helpfulness, speed and professionalism

Sleek and clean
Great experience all round, showroom was sleek and clean, samples were excellent quality and the sales staff didn’t try the hard sell instead opting for a relaxed approach. Clifford the Templater was informative and allowed me to watch the process and the installers Craig and Elliot were superb, really professional, neat and tidy and done an excellent job with no fuss at all.

Great quality, best price and a seamless process
From the very quick and professional response just based of a quick drawing I sent through of my kitchen measurements, to the showroom visit to see the range of worktops, and finishing with the templating appointment and the installation team of Marco, Kyle and Corey, every aspect of my experience has been top level with excellent communication throughout.
Add to this a very competitive price for great quality then there is only one company I would recommend for worktops and that's Prestige Granite. Top job all!

Prestige are by far the Best - Our dealings with Prestige Granite and…
Our dealings with Prestige Granite and Marble Ltd was first class from the start. They have a dog friendly very impressive showroom second to none. The salesman Phil was very helpful and professional in our various choices made. We had the benefit of savings in the January sale. The method used to measure the worktops required was state of the laser technology. 3 days later we had Tom, Lewis and Dan here to install the worktops. All of which fitted like a glove. They were so proficient and professional and took no more than 90 minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending Prestige at 100%, 5 star status.

River White Quartz Worktops
We recently had our new worktops fitted and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
A special mention has to go to Alan and Paul who fitted them. They worked hard, paid great attention to detail, and left everything spotless once the job was complete.

The entire process from visiting the showroom to getting the worktop fixed was really smooth . Such a big selection of worktops and all our queries were answered promptly . The communications were all very clear and on time .We got our worktop fixed in 2 days after templating and rest of the splash back in next 2 days . Ian, Grant and Brad did a wonderful job fixing the worktops and splash backs . Very easy going people with full professionalism and excellent standards of finish. All in all a very happy customer and will definitely recommend to our friends .

Wonderful worktops
From visiting the showroom to fitting, Prestige have been fab to deal with. Friendly staff left us to browse without any pressure. The quote came through within hours. Friendly and efficient communications to arrange the measuring appointment and fitting (2 days later). Installation was very professional (thanks Elliot and Craig) and the kitchen looks great. Would highly recommend!

No Customer Service Manners
Experience was fine in terms of response times, but the support was quite limited. I found the tone of the emails (Denny) unprofessional and dry, and I was given very few practical details on how to proceed with my request (to the point that I needed to ask questions to understand what details to share to have things in motion).
It felt like I wasn't taken seriously, and they didn't want to take the job. I only wasted time with them. Obviously, I don't want to work with and give money to someone with such an attitude.
With more attention to communication and clearer guidance on the next steps, the service would improve significantly, and you wouldn't lose jobs!
