Really flavoursome food and has the right amount of calories, but isn’t overfilling.

Tried the food as I’m trying to loose weight and these meals are making it so easy, they’re convenient and taste amazing! Doesn’t feel like dieting

Where do I start... I've ordered hundreds of prep meals over the years from various different companies but this one is by far the BEST. All calories/macros/ingredients accounted for on the website and its so easy to find out prices/information and they always have offers on!!! All around 5/5

Great food, good value for money.
Been using Prep for a couple of months now, with the intention of getting back to the gym.
Thought this was the best way as I used to prep my own food, so convenient and it’s saved me loads of time.
I went for the 56 x meals bundle which I split per week.
Good variety of food too

I was having a new kitchen put in so found two companies I wanted to try, prep being one. First company was okay but some dishes were to much like student food. Prep however was spot on. Tastes amazing and enough difference to make the week enjoyable.

The best part is the actual cooking. It tasted amazing. The mince they use and season is really good and the remaining meats and fish are perfectly cooked. Prawns are my favourite dish and Prep cook it perfectly so when heated up I wanted more.

Kitchens fitted however I know I will use prep for when i know I'm going to be busy or just have some in my freezer for other DIY jobs and I can't be bothered to cook.

All in all more than a 5star.

Love the food here, it stands out from the other food prep companys I have used.

I’ve used prep Huddersfield now for a few years ... my first experience was for a competition prep back in 2018. They were so helpful and my competition prep was as important to them as it was to me! All the macros are worked out and the Ingredients used are the freshest available.. the food is of a very high standard and the choices available are fantastic.. I’m currently on a cutting phase and there is nowhere else I would even consider trusting with my nutrition plan .. I send my macros over .. choose which meals I want and they deliver exactly what I need .. I don’t even feel like I’m prepping because the meals are delicious.. I’m a particular fan of the chicken fajitas!! I can pretend I’m having a cheat meal every day of the week without the guilt! They really do go above and beyond to make sure they’re customers are happy!

The meals are tasty and of good quality. I usually purchase the weight loss meal bundle. The website is very simple to use, just place your order and collect (or have delivered to your home if you wish). The weight loss meals to the eye may look like a small portion size, but they are filling And nutritionally friendly. The meals definitely help a person to keep within their calorie intake to aide weight loss. I just love the fact I’m eating healthy food within a matter of minutes. Life is busy and these meals just make my life that little bit easier to stay on track with healthy eating.

LOVE all of the Prep meals! They help me stay on track with my macro and calorie targets and taste amazing at the same time. Great service as well and always manage to fit in time to make my monthly meals even when I panic order! X

I ordered a 7 day fish and vegetarian taster bundle with 2 meals a day. This worked out at an insanely affordable price of £4.50 Per meal as I used a 10% discount code. The meals are always divine! Full of flavour, decent portion and super convenient. No complaints round here!
