My meals arrived with no use by dates. They were below standard and I had food poisoning from the satay chicken.

Firstly, we apologise that you were unable to locate the use-by dates on your meals. Following a recent packaging update, all use-by dates are now printed directly onto the top of the meal pots themselves rather than on the outer cardboard sleeves.
We're also very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the quality of the meals and that you believe you became unwell after consuming one of our products. We take any reports of illness extremely seriously and would encourage you to contact our customer service team if you have not already done so. This will allow us to gather further information and raise the matter with our Compliance Team for a full investigation.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the experience you've had, and thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
Missing 6 meals next order missing 5!
Missing 6 meals, refund inadequate being under £15 when £70 paid for 10. They refused to send out missing items ans I would have preferred this. Ordered again only for them to miss sending another 5! Absolutely ridiculous!

Receiving an order with missing meals is disappointing enough, but to then experience a similar issue on a subsequent order is understandably extremely frustrating. We appreciate that when you're ordering meal plans, missing items can have a significant impact on your week and meal planning.
We're also sorry that the resolution offered did not meet your expectations. Whilst refunds are calculated based on the value of the missing items, we appreciate that this does not always make up for the inconvenience caused, particularly when you would have preferred to receive the products themselves.
This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused. If you have not already done so, we would encourage you to get back in touch with our customer service team so that we can review your orders and see whether there is anything further we can do to help.

Thoroughly enjoyed the meal options. My only recommendation would be to have meals with fish in them as I like options when it comes to food groups

Been a customer of prepped pots for a while. Back in the old days the meals were smaller and not quite as good….but now….! 100% better. The chicken satay is absolutely beautiful. Not had a bad meal. You won’t be disappointed.

First order
First order - Didn't even arrive!
Said it was with a courier and then gave me a 12 hour window which they could call in by which doesn't allow any planning really. Courier email said it had arrived when it hadn't. Cancelled straight away and got refunded. Unreliable much. Consider changing services? As for the food I can't comment.

Decent but more needed
The food overall has been ok, but really nothing more advanced than a premium microwave meal.
There is obviously health benefits from eating macro'd portions but with such a limited range of food I can't see this actually helping anyone stick with it.

Ignored emails - refund
Firstly I want to say that I've actually really enjoyed the food. However, I never received a box of food and I've sent 6 emails. Asking for a refund and been ignored. Not good enough.

Portion sizes are decent and taste ok but nothing else is great
Portion sizes are decent, macros very accurate, while convenient even with the discount its still very expensive and the quality isn't quite high enough to demand the price. the main issue is the delivery, for the first three weeks we had to get a discount of refund for damaged items in the box. It genuinely looks like they are just thrown in at random with no thought to the care of the products, also into a massive box so they can bound around. They also provide microwaving instructions for meals that come in metal packaging, while obvious to most you can't actually microwave these its a very stupid mistake. Finally the sheer lack of variety, after a few weeks it got very boring. We last 8 weeks largely due to the convenience but finally we've decided to more than half our costs and just do the meal prep ourselves.

Terrible delivery experience
Website says delivered by DPD. Shop UK app says delivered by UK Mail. Text received says delivered by DHL. Got a time slot 3:09pm-4:09pm for delivery. Nothing turned up. Tracking status just said sorry we’re running late. Then about 5pm delivery status was updated to say it was delivered at 1:50pm no signature due to “scanner issues”. I checked outside incase it was left but nothing. I left for work about 4:30am the next morning to find a box left by my wheelie bin. I quickly opened it and the ice gel packs were defrosted and food wasn’t cold. I checked the tracking info again and the parcel was supposedly delivered at 8:10pm but the delivery driver didn’t knock on the door, just left it outside. I assume because it had previously been marked as delivered earlier that day to get around failed delivery time slot penalty. According to the tracking data the box was collected about 10am on 01/05 but not received by me until 4:30am 2 days later. I wasn’t going to risk eating the food that had been in a hot van for 2 days. I’ve asked for a refund and have cancelled the subscription which you’re automatically signed up to. Delivery service has cost them a customer.
