Succulent diced chicken breast teamed with green beans and diced red peppers presented in a fragrant Thai Green curry style sauce and fluffy long grain rice - bright, tangy and simply delightful.

Tasty, good flavour - could do with a bit more spice for me!

I would prefer them not to be in single use plastic boxes.

Another staple in my Prepped Pots orders. Smells good, tastes nice and its a decent portion. As with the Satay Chicken, I recommend defrosting the day before as if you cook too long from frozen, the chicken dries up quickly.

One of the more consistent meals but seems to have reduced quality in the last couple of deliveries
