Charged an excessive amount and have still not been refunded the difference.

Crammed 20 large ready meals into one box in the last order instead of two boxes. No thought given to the end user - I now have crushed ready meals that aren’t acceptable.

In addition, clearly skimping out on ingredients. The roast chicken meal was quite good a few months ago- now there’s noticeably less chicken and filling in general. Some meals don’t even come close to filling half the small container.

Save your money and consider shopping elsewhere, you don’t get your money’s worth!

They were watery and not big on flavor

First time trying these meals. Tasty food, very impressed. Will buy again for sure. Even the kids enjoy them.

Makes life so much easier, just go to the freezer and pick a high protein meal that's ready in minuets. Some meals do need a little extra meat or extra cheese on the pizza, otherwise they are very good.

Pots are are ok and a reasonable price. I have a problem with the false advertising. I set a subscription of 20 meals every two weeks. As I was purchasing it stated I would pay around £5 for the delivery and all subsequent deliveries would be free. After purchasing I could see I was due to be charged for the next delivery. I raised this with customer services and lady that replied clearly couldn’t be bothered to look into it and flat out lied “you get the first delivery free but have to pay for all future ones”. She only had to look at my order to see I paid for the first. I went through the set up again to get a screenshot of it saying you only pay for the first delivery. She again spewed some drivel “you have an even better deal of £50 off”. This strikes me as a shady company with incompetent staff.

What can I say but brilliant and fast service.

Food is tasteful but lacks important parts of a meal vegetables and yes some do have them in but there's not enough plus it feels like every meal is processed so won't be buying again

Good food, tasty and quick to heat.

Easy to order and choose meals, delivered on the date chosen, well packaged. The meals have all been of good quality and taste really good. Very happy with the subscription service and able to pause a delivery and make different choices. Very happy and would recommend.

Awful for the price you pay. All ingredients are low quality. Instructions tell you that you can microwave a meal that comes in a tin foil tray, which is wrong. Most meals have hardly any taste, but the worst was the Hungarian style stroganoff. The meat was so low quality and gristly I honestly wouldn't even feed it to my dog.
