Prep Pal Meals Recensioni

This is one of the best meal prep companies I have tried. The food comes well packaged, it’s fresh and always delicious. The menu changes each week which is ideal as I would get bored eating the same food every week.

I trust the macros - the volume of high quality protein in each meal means I’m not having to supplement by adding in more meat which I’ve had to do with other companies.

I’m a frequent customer of PrepPal now and will continue to be as this makes my week so much easier. If you want to stay consistent and don’t want to be stuck in the kitchen, I 100% recommend this company.

Fantastic meals packed with flavour and huge portions! Usually with meal prep companies you can tell the macros aren’t accurate but with these meals you know you’re getting a protein packed meal that does what it says. Prompt responses and timely delivery. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Best prep meals I’ve tried!

Many prep businesses I’ve tried over the years I’ve never trusted the macros, few bits of chicken and saying 60g of protein.

PrepPal is my packed with protein and tastes like they use good quality ingredients.

Meals come in quality packaging and fresh. Many of my clients use PrepPal and is the No1 meal prep business we recommend to those that want ease in their life for tracking calories but having high quality delicious meals.

Their menu is always evolving and you feel excited for your next meal which keeps you on track for any goals you have.

Absolutely love Prep Pal Meals! I’ve been using the service for about a year now and honestly have never had a single issue. The meals are always delicious, well balanced, and the portion sizes are perfect. The calorie information is accurate too, which makes staying on track really easy without any guesswork.

Everything is consistently high quality and always delivered on time — far better than other meal prep services I’ve tried in the past. I also love that the menu changes weekly so there’s always something new to look forward to. You can really tell this is a passionate, up-and-coming company that cares about what they do.

Great value for money and I’d highly recommend — 10/10.

I’ve tried a few meal prep companies before, but Prep Pal Meals is easily the best I’ve used. The food is genuinely delicious, portions are spot on, and the calorie information is accurate which makes tracking really easy. Deliveries are always on time and the quality is consistent every single week — which hasn’t been my experience with other services.

I also really like that the menu changes regularly, so you don’t get bored eating the same meals. For the quality and convenience, it’s great value for money.

Would definitely recommend — 10/10.

Prep Pal Meals has been a game changer for staying on track with training and busy weeks. The food is genuinely tasty, not “diet bland”, portions are solid, and the macro friendly options make it easy to hit goals whether you’re going Lean or Bulk. I also love that there are meat plus vegan and vegetarian options, and the weekly menu drop keeps things interesting. Ordering is straightforward and delivery is reliable. Great value for the quality. Proper “heat, eat, and get on with your day” fuel. Would 100% recommend if you want consistent, healthy meals without the hassle.

Meet at the gauntlet event in Glasgow with a client. Tried the overnight oats, absolutely amazing and highly recommended.

Everything was so tasty! Love that you can just scan it straight into MyFitnessPal 🙌🏻🙌🏻
10/10 would recommend.

PPM visited our gym, The Progress Hub on Saturday for a Hyrox Sim Event.

Guru and Laura set up and were very pleasant and engaging, with our members.

I had the Apple Toffee overnight oats, which were amazing. Would highly recommend PPM, if you are busy, on the go yet still want to eat well.

Thank you Guru and Laura.
