Prep Pal Meals Recensioni

I get the prep pal meals every week. Love that there are so many different choices every week. The fact they are so easy to make means I can spend less time thing about what I'm having for dinner and more time working on my business :D

I get Oats from the StayYoungFitness gym in Clydebank, 10/10! I have them every morning, macros are great and they taste amazing!

Oats are top class, macros are ideal and kickstart the day right!

Myself & My partner purchase our oats form SYF Clydebank ( Our Gym ), i have never been a fan of oats until i tried these what a difference they make to my everyday now as i really enjoy them!!

The biscoff is my favourite!!!!

Got the over night oats from my gym @SYF really nice and filling. The mini eggs were my fav but only got them at Easter. Most flavours are delicious but be good to make new flavours every now and then

All the meals we got were fantastic. The Overnight oats are unreal and the portion sizes are great... definitely the best meal.prep company about!

5 stars!!!⭐️amazing meal prep service! Enjoyable and filling meals bursting with flavour and colour - so efficient and from ordering the Thursday I had all the fresh food by Monday to enjoy for the week! Recommended to all my family and friends

Delicious and fresh food without the hassle of shopping and meal planning. Good way to stay on track for training!

Meals are soo good and tasty.

Fab quality and really helps with meal prep!

Absolutely love Prep Pal. The meals themselves are delicious. They’re very generous with the protein portions - which is important to me as fitness is a big part of my life. And I look forward to eating the overnight oats each morning - feels like a healthy, but naughty treat. Highly recommend!

The website is very easy to use, making the ordering process straightforward each week.

I always look forward to seeing what meals will be available for the following week, as the variety keeps things interesting. Chicken Curry is currently my favourite :)

Deliveries arrive consistently on a Monday, which is ideal for starting the week with healthy, convenient meals.

The protein content in the meals is always generous, and the quality has been consistently reliable.

Having gotten to know the owner, Guru. I can also say he is genuinely a great person to deal with.

Overall, Prep Pal Meals offers excellent service and high‑quality meals that I’m happy to recommend.

Best food prep company I've used. Meals are reasonably priced and taste good! Menu changes weekly and offer a good variety. Love the overnight oats!

10/10 to prep pals for their quality of food, packaging, service and delivery! A variety of tasty meals with all the macros worked out for you, making tracking so much easier! The overnight oats are one of the best there is!! Laura & Guru are the loveliest people - keep up the good work 🙌🏼

10/10 for flavour and makes hitting my macros easy!
Great selection and the overnight oats are my favourite!
Lovely people and great set up.
Thanks so much x

Great company! Really good variety of meals, changed weekly. Always arrive really fresh and taste amazing! Saves on the shopping while you’re getting filling, tasty and nutritious meals. Love them!

tasty and good options. fasntastic service

I’ve been using Prep Pal for my lunches and some breakfasts for a couple of months now. They have always been delivered on time, the food is delicious and knowing it is healthy is great. Their prices are really fair for a meal prep service too, I’ve been eating their ‘lean’ lunches which work out £5 a meal.

No complaints and would definitely recommend!
