These meals are by far the best I have tried and my only regret is that I didn't find them earlier but I definitely won't be trying anywhere else. Each one I've tried has been so tasty and filling. Great customer service for whenever I've had any queries and they respond to you quickly so you're not waiting too long for a response. Definitely would recommend :)

Absolutely fantastic meals
Absolutely fantastic meals.
Tried one or two other meal prep company’s before and this one if definitely by far the tastiest.
Macros make it so much easier to stick to your plan what ever it is and the meals are honestly surprisingly filling.

Worst customer service I’ve ever…
Worst customer service I’ve ever received.
Thank you Michael for completely ruining my experience with Prep by Gainz. I asked for a simple request to change the amount of meals on my weekly order since they have those options but I was told I wasn’t able to cancel my subscription (even though I didn’t ask for it to be cancelled initially) or change the meals in quite possibly the rudest manner I’ve been spoken to by someone with the title customer service manager 😂
Here’s a quote from Michael: ‘You was responded to with respect and courtesy, it just appears you didn’t like the response because it didn’t go the way you wanted it to’
I just asked for the meal amount changing 🤣 they’ve trapped me into a subscription because apparently it’s in the T&C’s on the bottom of the website but you do not get told this when setting up the subscription.
Can’t wait for my experience with Prep by Gainz to be over so I can go spend my money on a decently ran meal prep service!

Didn’t quite meet expectations for the price
Disappointing overall – expected better for the price
We were really hoping to like this meal prep service, but unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations. The packaging felt a bit cheap and unprofessional, with plastic containers that were tricky to open, which didn’t give a great first impression especially considering each meal costs around £6.
Between the two of us, we ordered 10 meals and sadly didn’t enjoy any of them. The chicken in particular had a gristly texture, and the flavours across the range were either quite bland or unexpectedly very spicy, with not much in between. We regularly use other meal prep services and have found the quality and taste to be much better sometimes even for a lower price.
In the end, my partner wasn’t able to finish most of the meals and had to go out and buy alternatives for the week, which was frustrating given the money already spent.
We really wanted to support a new provider, but this experience has left us disappointed. Hopefully with some changes, the service can improve.

I started ordering a couple of one week plans and have now subscribed due to being so impressed by the quality and tastiness of the meals delivered!!! Working full time...being a mum ro two kids and trying to maintain a healthy eating plan is tough but this enables me to do that!!! Meals are tasty and there is a great selection to choose from. No issues with delivery or what's been delivered. Ace.

Been on preps for 3 weeks tried a lot of the meals and I’ve not had a bad one yet , insane flavours with every meal well worth the money by the time you mess about getting your shopping in etc . I will be using for the foreseeable future 👌

I would highly recommend this meal prep…
I would highly recommend this meal prep service to anyone. Portions are spot on, everything stays fresh, and the variety keeps me from getting bored. I don’t have to waste time shopping, cooking, or cleaning, which means I can focus on my training, recovery, and hitting my fitness goals for the year.
Communication via their social media was almost instant and they went out of their way for a request I had.

The best out there !
Have used these guys for over a year. Food is superb, service is fantastic. One time I was missing a meal and emailed them - responded very quickly and the next week had an extra meal and an additional one as an apology.
I have used just about every meal prep company there is and this is the only one I have stuck with long term for good reason!

Best meal prep I’ve had …
Can honestly say this is the best meal prep I’ve had. The quality of the food is so good and you can really tell that they take time and really care about the food they serve. I’m so fussy but these meals have made keeping on track so easy. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend
Unenjoyable experience for a wide variety of reasons, as follows:
- badly packaged (very poor attempt to keep contents cold for more than a couple of hours)
- labels are not printed in decent quality, making them difficult to read with words missing
- random cooking instructions which often don’t heat food to adequate temperature or don’t relate to the specific meal
- potatoes have come uncooked in the form of wedges , meaning no amount of microwaving make them edible!
- very difficult to get a response via email which is necessary due to the website not being user friendly
- very difficult to cancel / freeze subscription
- broken packaging on occasion, deeming meals unsafe to use
- packaging is in no way environmentally friendly
+ though there isn’t the most choice in meals to keep a varied diet if on subscription, some of the meals did taste good.

Would not recommend.
Tried the subscription package and would not recommend.
First week - 1 meal the package was broken on arrival and 1 meal was the wrong ingredients.
Second week - 2 meals the packaging was broken on arrival.
Third week - 2 meals were the wrong ingredients (not halloumi cheese) and three meals had a 1 day use by date.
I’ve given two stars as some of the meals were tasty and as described, however the changing of ingredients without saying is not great when you have allergies and meals having to be thrown out on arrival due to broken packaging is just poor planning.
I’ve emailed the company several times, no response so I’d save your money for a more established business.
