I bought a chalk holder from Premium Cues and needed a chalk pouch. After shopping around, I came back to Premium Cues to make the second purchase. I initially annoyed myself because I placed two separate orders and had to pay delivery twice (entirely my fault). I didn’t bother contacting Premium Cues, but a couple of days later I noticed that I’d been refunded one of the delivery charges, as they had grouped the orders together. I was very impressed by this.
The items are great – although I haven’t used them yet, the quality is excellent. I would highly recommend Premium Cues and will definitely shop with them again in the near future.

Speedy service
I ordered a case on a Friday afternoon. There were clear delivery instructions so I knew I could expect delivery on The following Wednesday. As expected that was the day of delivery. Email communications were more that sufficient and using the Shop App is a smart way to track the process of the order. Will definitely use Premium Cues again.

Premium Cues carry a good stock of Peradon cues (among others). Online purchase to delivery was very fast. Paul answered my queries on the chatbot. Competitive prices and great service. I'm delighted with my new cue, delivered in a smart Halo case.
