Excellent service

Excellent service, prompt delivery.
I do however have asked for an invoice by email for the product I purchased but still I haven't received anything.

I was so surprised at how quickly our order was received! My husband loves his new cue and feels his snooker game has improved already! It is light and well made. I believe it’s definitely worth the price we paid!

Great Service! Top Quality Cue 10/10 shame about the Royal Mail Delivery no knock or ringing of doorbell just dumped outside the front door. 😡

Highly recommended if you are looking for a new cue

Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new cue, especially if you want to try out a few and find one that feels right.

The full range of cues on the website are not necessarily available on site but if you phone to discuss before visiting they can and will bring in cues that suit your preferences.

I called the day before driving through from Dundee to discuss price range/preferences, they kindly brought in 6 cues for me to try.

They gave me plenty time to knock some balls around to narrow down my choice and I'm happy with what I decided on, it actually ended up cheaper than I was expecting.

Great service.

Just received my pool cue and super slim case, delivery was super quick. A big thank you to the lady who kindly let me try out a few cues before buying, it was a big help! The cue was very well packaged in it’s case on arrival, very impressed with the quality of service and products….will defo be using this company again……

Big Thanks to Premium Cues

Contacted Premium Cues to make an inquiry about one of their cues I found on eBay.
The staff could not be more helpful and bent over backwards to help me form start to finish.
Cue arrived well packaged and in excellent condition.
