Booked villa but was given an alternative on arrival - apparently an “upgrade” but I don’t think it was

Heating didn’t work on arrival, eventually that was fixed but after quite a while - and it wasn’t warm in the villa

On the ground support was very limited, I got the sense they weren’t that bothered

Wouldn’t use them again

The villa we stopped in was fantastic. We had an age group from 2 to 87 and all were catered for.We would not hesitate to book again with Premier Villas.

I found your staff not very helpful at all
The villa had empty vodka bottles in the drawers & glass in the shower
The owner turned up unannounced to collect his golf clubs , no table & chairs on the bedroom patio
I reported leaving my hair straighteners there & you didn’t get back to me for a month. Needless to say I haven’t recommended you to anyone!

Any queries we had about the villa before we travelled answered promptly.
The villa was exceptional , the pool area and gardens were well maintained.
We were a family of 8 adults and 5 children staying for a week in July 2019.
The villa was so spacious and the kitchen was so well equipped for a large party of people.
It's the best holiday our family enjoyed all being together in one place.

Premier Villas are highly recommended to anyone looking to rent a quality villa in Portugal. I have booked with them before and everything went smoothly. I had no hesitation in booking with them again.

We enjoyed the trip and the villa owner was very good. He provided a great service and was most helpful. The swimming pool was v good. Not 5* as there were some peculiar smells in the building and we were unable to use the basement as such. In addition the jacuzzi was not in working order when we visited and the oven was not usable due to previous guests misuse..

The staff were so helpful and provided a good service, the villa allegria is a very nice property and salema is a delightful village too

We rented a villa in Portugal a couple of years ago. Excellent service (from the PV office and the house staff/management). We hope that the standard will be equally good during our stay in the same villa in 2020.

Very professional and great communication throughout . Booking for a large party , they made the process very easy and the villa they helped select for us was perfect for our requirements. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The villa itself was as described and very clean, nicely decorated. The area where the villa was situated was not so nice , it looked nothing like the photo. The neighbours were noisy and the street was unkempt.

Baia Da Luz was a great place to stay and everything that we wanted from the holiday. Premier Villas were very helpful and would recommend them.

Nice Villa but pool heating problems as well as poorly kitted kitchen. Could be rectified but not while we were there. A little remote.

Always efficient service, wish theyd insist owners put more serious Wi-fi in some of these villas, cable in Portugal, but in general Premier are excellent

Good communication throughout the booking process. Villa excellent and very clean.

Villa next to a house with numerous dogs who barked continuously.
Villa was infested with ants.
Pool was out of use for half a day when chlorine doser failed.
Some broken furniture ( which was replaced by the agent )
Furniture in the villa was far too cluttered making moving around with a young family quite awkward.
All this reported to Premier who took no action.

We have used premier villas the last 2 years in the algarve and will be using them again next year. The attention to detail is fantastic. They made us feel very at home and were always on call if we needed anything.
