I was impressed with the first class service from my initial enquiry, through the home survey and ultimately the supply and fit of my new boiler.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, efficient and very courteous - the back office, the installers and ancilliary staff were all excellent and made every effort to ensure that the process went smoothly.

It is really nice to be able to deal with a local family run business which prides itself in service and excellence and that all the installers are directly employed by the company, not subcontracted out labour. I firmly believe that where possible I buy british and buy local.

Have used PHS a few times before: this time was to sort our oil fired boiler out after we ran out of oil and had an air block. Timely response to emails and good availability: chap who came was polite and helpful, and showed us to fix the problem should it happen again. Reasonably priced, an asset to have in your contacts list.

My overall experience was great. All of the staff were really helpful and quick to respond. Everything was thoroughly explained before the service was carried out. Definitely recommend and will be sure to use this service in the future.

Premier have always been brilliant, work well with my schedule, send a good engineer and provide gas certs quickly for a fair price.

We had a new ATAG boiler installed and we went with Premier Heating Solutions because I was very keen on getting this boiler. Although a more expensive quote than the competitors, they did a good job of replacing our old Worcester boiler and were very impressed with the service from initial quote to installation. We had a full flushing done and they even changed the position of the flue and were able to get a bricklayer out within a few hours to complete the job. All the 3 workmen were very friendly and professional and work was completed on time. Very happy with our new boiler.

As always, prompt and high quality service from Premier Heating. It is impressive how they offer fast support. I had a leak in a water pipe, hidden in concrete. George patiently and expertly found it and repaired it. A tremendous relief.

Writing this review on behalf of my 92 year old mother who needed a new boiler asap after being let down by British Gas. Quote completed on the Tuesday, boiler installed by the weekend. The two engineers really went the extra mile to ensure my mother felt comfortable and was aware of what was happening. all the little things that needed doing, sorting out the shower, leaking tap, etc... were done. No complaining, no jobsworth attitude, etc... Would recommend to anyone who needed work done on behalf of a vulnerable relative.
I've also been a customer for the past 3 years, never had cause to moan.

We recently had a new boiler and associated pipework installed along with a full system power flush. Following a recommendation from a neighbour the process from start to finish was excellent and stress free.

From the initial enquiry on line to a follow up conversation with Michelle in the office explaining what happens during our site visit. Zach was very informative and spent the time explaining the process from start to finish and accommodated our needs and various questions when we got the quote done at the house.

On the first day of the installation both Harley and George worked very hard to get the system installed and up and running. Both were very professional and work conscious and left the home very clean. They were both very friendly and approachable. Second day of work which involved the system flush and completing the remaining installation was done by Chris who was again very professional , polite and knowledgeable.

Credit to both George and Chris as we were made aware this was their first week with the company. Dealing with Premier Heating Solutions has been a joy from the start and we would highly recommend to anybody if anyone asked for recommendations on a company for a new boiler.

Thank you again for all your hard work, great communication and continued support when there was a slight issue with the hot water, this was resolved efficiently and with our any problems which was much appreciated.

Very professional company. All of the heating engineers I've experienced so far have been friendly and explained what they are doing clearly and any next steps needed. The office also followed up to check everything was good. Watch out for some quotes as they can be comparatively high, but overall a good company to work with.

I have used Premier Heating Solutions for a long time.I cannot fault them.Friendly, communicative and always leave place clean and tidy.Engineers always explain what they are going to do and are happy to answer questions.I’ve just had a water softener fitted and I’m delighted with the results!

Premier Heating Solutions recently upgraded our old oil boiler for a new combi boiler. From start to finish the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble! Zach provided multiple quotes as we wanted to compare options. The office team were helpful and friendly, and the engineers Tom and Carl were great - VERY polite and tidy and took extra care to ensure that our escapee dog did not manage to escape. The boiler has been in for a few months now and we have noticed a considerable saving on our oil. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone! Thank you!
