Nice to have the team at Premier optimising our system.

I think Premier have come on a long way since they first installed our system over 10 years ago.
Recently our boiler needed replacement and relocating. It has been a good experience from Zack first advising and quoting and then
Brandon along with George and Sam completing the installation.
Meeting several of the team when Premier organised a village hall presentation on efficient heating systems gave me confidence to proceed with them. Maybe not the cheapest, but for me it’s the value for money and confidence which counts.

Recommended by a neighbour

Recommended by a neighbour, we initially had Zach visit to inspect and give us a quote for a new boiler. Very polite and explained through everything. Installation booked and Shane arrived promptly and worked efficiently to get the job done. Polite and friendly, very tidy and was helpful in explaining what he had been doing. Thanks very much!

Highly recommend

Great experience with Premier Heating Solutions. We'd happily recommend them, and already have! Initially Phil came to give us a quote, he took the time to fully explain all our options, the quote was transparent and for the substantial amount of work was fairly priced. We appreciated the online quote format that allowed us to customise and select our chosen upgrades in our own time. We then had Brandon and the team come to remove the entire boiler system, relocate and replace with a combi. They were truly brilliant, managed to get the majority of the work done in a single day, explained the new system thoroughly, even taking the time to show us how to bleed the radiators (and cleaned up before they left!). Josh then came the following day to finish up flushing the system, do a couple of finishing touches and to replace a bathroom sink of which he did an excellent job. He took his time and was thorough in making sure everything was correct with the new boiler. Mark then came to fix the hole made from the old flue and you wouldn't be able to tell it was ever there! Really impressed from start to finish and will use them again.

Cant recommend Premier hearing enough

Cant recommend Premier hearing enough. This is our second time using them. We initially worked with them in August when they replaced my mother in laws back boiler with a combi boiler. At the time we were impressed so we knew who to contact when our carbon monoxide alarm fired and our very old boiler was condemned! Zac came on Monday, measured and quoted us promptly. Zac was very professional and advised clearly what we could and couldn’t have due to water pressure issues in our area. Four days later, the new boiler arrived along with George and Harley! Both George and Harley were very professional, polite and tidy. They worked the whole day in the pouring rain to replace everything, whilst answering any questions we had. George and Harley were incredibly patient with our son, who was excited to see what they were doing and kept asking questions. We honestly couldn’t recommend the whole team enough.

Steve was great

Steve was great, he turned up promptly, gave good advice and recommendations, the survey was thorough and unrushed, he diagnosed the issue with our boiler and gave us a quote. Overall pleased with the service.

Faultless service from Premier Heating

Faultless service from Premier Heating Solutions from start to finish! Issues with an old oil combi boiler in our recently purchased Victorian cottage. Efficent appointment and communication handling in the office then within 2 working days, Zac and Scott came to check and confirmed it needed replacing (good bye holiday!) but were brilliant at explaining the options. They also realised of their own accord it was serious, as November and a long term illness with our boy, so within 2-days a full team arrived headed by Chris and Josh to remove, install and service the whole system in including refilling, bleeding and checking the 10 radiators. Chris was great at explaining how best to use the new system and keep it running efficiently. Cannot speak highly enough of them all, especially after some very bad experience with local cow boys. Highly recommended.

Finding Premier Heating Solutions on Checkatrade

Finding Premier Heating Solutions on Checkatrade on a cold Sunday morning, I wasn't expecting an engineer to be with us on the Monday (old boiler was condemned, for all the right reasons), and for the replacement to be installed on Thursday that week.
Superb service and fantastic value for money! Josh and Shane were professional, charming and SO hard working; they hardly stopped for a cup of tea, working over 10 hours to ensure that the job was finished the same day.
I genuinely couldn't recommend Premier Heating Solutions, ,or Josh and Shane, highly enough. Thank you

Responsive team, very reasonable quote and fast to respond and communication was clear.
Online booking and payment system.

Brandon fitted it today. He was punctual, professional, incredibly tidy, and did a great job. Can not ask for anything more. Can not recommend highly enough.

(Resolved) Frustrating Experience with Premier Support Service

I have paid for their monthly premier services, which promise to provide emergency support. I called them for emergency assistance, and the office staff kept telling me for hours that they had contacted the engineer. Eventually, the engineer called, but I was unable to answer the call. I immediately called back, but no one picked up. The next day, I called twice for support. Then, they just sent me a quote for the visit. What is the point of paying them monthly? It’s a joke.

They eventually sent an engineer at no extra cost. The engineer identified the issue and provided a quote. I accepted the quote, and they came back to fix the problem swiftly.

To clarify what happened, our engineer had already attended your property and was waiting for confirmation that the bath panel would be removed, as the access hatch was too small for us to carry out the repair safely. Our office team tried to reach the engineer several times for you, and he did return your call, but we understand the timing didn’t work and the call was missed. Without confirmation about access, the visit was temporarily placed on hold and a quote was issued.

We appreciate how frustrating that must have felt, and that’s not the experience we want any of our customers to have. I’m pleased to say that we have since been back to your property and completed the repair for you.

Complete failure to fix my boiler bought from them and still under guarantee.

My boiler was bought and serviced by Premier Heating. I have been without heating for over 3 weeks. The boiler has FAILED AGAIN.

I used Premiere Heating Solutions to…

I used Premiere Heating Solutions to install a new boiler around 18 months ago.

Absolutely terrible.

We have had them back several times following an incorrect thermostat among other things.

The latest is the noise that comes from the boiler every time the heating comes on. The answer from Premiere Heating Solutions is to send them a video. How about come round for the £10k + I spent. Even when sending the video no reply.

Called earlier to chase and was asked - “is this an emergency”.

Shocking. Avoid.

To clarify the situation, our team asked for a short video so we could assess the noise from your boiler remotely and make sure we sent the right engineer with the correct parts. Unfortunately, the number the video was sent to doesn’t support SMS, so we didn’t receive it, and I apologise that this caused a delay and frustration.

When you called after 8pm, your call was handled by our emergency out-of-hours team, which is why they asked if it was an emergency – this is part of our triage process to ensure urgent issues are prioritised and kept safe.

I understand how disappointing this has been, especially after your investment with us. My colleague Rich has contacted you today to schedule a visit and make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we had to reschedule due to an unexpected emergency call-out and an engineer sickness on the same day. While situations like this can occasionally arise in our line of work, we understand how frustrating it is when it affects your plans.

Regarding your experience with our call handling, we had been trialling an overflow service to help answer very simple queries when all members of our in-house team were already on calls. The aim was to reduce wait times, but we appreciate that our customers prefer speaking directly with Helen, Rich, or Lola, who know them and their systems personally.

We’ve listened to the feedback and have now ended the trial so all calls are once again handled solely by our own team.

They are very expensive comparing to…

They are very expensive comparing to the product and service they provide. They are very quick to response the request which is good. They send experienced guys to do the first check in your house and then junior guys to really do the job. The second guy visited our house were always calling the first guy asking what to do. The junior guy even took a wrong type of controllers to visit us and had to go out find a replacement. After the issue was resolved I found I do not have water in one of the bathroom. I challenged them but they insisted they have nothing wrong doing and gives me another quote for about £800 to fix the problem that no water in two water taps. I challenged the price and they insist it is fair. But I found that the new water taps they recommend is worth £75 each online. I would say anyone with common sense would agree it is too expensive to quote £800 at this moment. It is from here I feel it is way too expensive and decided to find another company to do the job. And they quoted for less than half price. The water taps are now fixed. I was cheated by the good review here. Before you agree a deal with them, ask for someone else which could save you half the money.

To clarify, the engineer who attended your property has been with Premier Heating for over three years and is a fully qualified member of our team, not a junior. If any uncertainty had arisen on site, our engineers would have immediately contacted our service team lead for support.

Regarding the issue with your bathroom taps, no work was carried out on or around them during our visit. Our inspection identified that the problem was due to heavy scale build-up within the taps themselves, which restricts water flow. This is a separate issue to the work we carried out, and a quote was provided to rectify it.

We always aim to be transparent about our pricing, and we appreciate that different companies may provide varying quotes depending on the scope of work and the quality of materials used.

Another great job completed by Premier…

Another great job completed by Premier Heating Solutions. This time to replace the old gas boiler in our new home. Zack did a thorough initial survey and discussed the options with us before Shane and Tyler came in to install our new system.
We are really happy to have our first App controlled heating system and Premier Heating Systems to support it's service and maintenance over the coming years.

Excellent Service from Premier Heating

I'm consistently impressed with the service from Premier Heating. They originally installed the boiler in my home for the previous owner, and I've been a repeat customer ever since, entrusting them with my annual boiler service.

Their professionalism is outstanding. They always arrive promptly within the agreed-upon time slot, and their engineers are incredibly friendly and thorough. During my last service, the engineer took the time to explain everything clearly and even fixed a minor issue with my towel rail radiator, which wasn't even part of the standard annual service.

I wholeheartedly recommend Premier Heating!

A great company all round

I really can’t recommend premier heating enough. I contacted them as I needed a new water cylinder installed - something I had put off for a while as I knew it wouldn’t be cheap! From the start they were fantastic, the people I spoke to from the office as well as the people who came round to survey/install the cylinder were all brilliant and couldn’t do enough to make sure all my questions were answered. They even sent a little gift after the work was completed which was very much appreciated. So pleased I finally got the work done and even more pleased that I chose premier heating.
