Order Problem's
We were able to order parts and have them in 2-days, now we don't know what to tell our customers. Yes were Washington State with manufacturing in Oregon its sad that this has gone away. Order having to be E-mail has not worked for us, they tell us they didn't receive our e-mail which is probably true how come we can e-mail to our Rep. and he has know problems

We do apologize for the frustration. When every order is placed we provide a commit date, and that is the Approx. ship date for that Order.
Our Tualatin, OR location is still there and is running full time, On some items we do have a lead time.
Yes, As of June 1st of 2023 we have required a hard copy of the customers PO. You can Email your CSR or the TM REP and we can get your orders in,
We apologize again for this change, but as we grow we need a consistent process.
