The time taken to send me a plastic bag to send them my mobile was lengthy, and I was expecting something a little more substantial as packaging. They took ages to acknowledge receipt of it once I'd sent it to them, and then a week or more to decide to reduce their offer by half. They have at least said they will return the phone fairly quickly but I am awaiting its delivery.

Amazing service! I had a slight mishap as the emails went into my junk email and the royal mail took forever to deliver the bag to send it back in! I contacted customer services and they warned me the bag was only insured for £150 so I sent special delivery and I got an email the next morning to say they had received my phones and they were checking them. By early afternoon the money was on my account! And it was the full amount quoted! Would definitely recommend and use again!

I've bought multiple items on Pre Loved Tech's live streams including my Devia magsafe bluetooth speaker, they are top notch sellers, their live streams on on Monday to Friday1:00pm for clearence stock or Damanged & Faulty stock and 7:00pm for refurbished stock, they're very harsh with their product gradings which is a good thing for buyers, in other words, for example, their grade C will be most other sellers grade B, save them as a seller to get all notifictions about their live streams

Following a dreadful experience with another recycler who halved their original offer once they had received my phone, I did lots of research and chose Preloved Tech - the third highest offer on a comparison site. Having received my phone, they honoured their original offer and less than a week after posting it I receive confirmation my trade is complete. No delays, no lowballing, just an honest and genuine company who actually pay what they offer! Other recycling companies please take note!!

Really great company. So glad I found them. So many quote a price only to reduce it when they receive it. Not Preloved Tech. They sorted postage then a couple of days later they paid the full amount. I wanted my old tech reused and to not go to landfill. This is perfect, really happy with the A1 service.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, creating a perfect setting for our meal. The staff were exceptionally attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. As for the food, each dish was a delightful blend of flavors that exceeded my expectations. It's clear that a lot of care goes into each plate. I definitely plan to return soon and highly recommend it to others.

Good customer service.
I hadn't heard anything from Preloved after 10 days so I sent an email. They responded to me very quickly after checking the Royal Mail tracking and finding that the parcel had been misdirected by Royal Mail. They got it back on track and paid out 2 days after receiving the phone as promised.
