Novice to Ironman
I can’t speak highly enough of Precision Coaching. When I started, last year, I was a complete novice—new to triathlon and unsure where to even begin. Fast forward to today, and I’m just a few weeks away from competing in the Bolton 70.3 Ironman, with Thun lined up for late August. The transformation has been incredible.
A huge part of that is down to my coach, Sion. His guidance has been nothing short of exceptional. Every session is purposeful, every plan tailored, and every bit of advice grounded in experience and genuine care. I feel well-prepared physically and mentally for both events, and the progress I’ve made is beyond what I ever thought possible.

New to triathlon yet couldn't ask for more
Being new to triathlon training and having specific medical needs due to my epilepsy, I couldn't have asked for a better coach. Sion is very professional, knows the answer to every question I ask and is great to work with. I feel safe training with him and feel I can ask anything I need to at any point in my training. He adapts the sessions to my needs which considering I work abroad too and don't always have access to a pool or bike is great. Couldn't have asked for a better coach.
