I've had the pleasure of being coached by Hilly for the past 3 months, and I got more out of our sessions than I could of imagined. Hilly is so engaging and intuitive, and has given me the tools and confidence to move forwards. I will miss our sessions but everything I've learnt will stay with me. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Hilly from Bounce Back VIP over a 12‑week coaching programme, with weekly sessions, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From our very first session, Hilly was open, honest, and incredibly supportive, creating a safe and trusting space that made it easy to be open and reflective.
Hilly took the time to understand and acknowledge my AuDHD, thoughtfully adapting her coaching approach to meet my individual needs. This personalised support made a huge difference and allowed me to fully engage with the process. She provided meaningful “homework” that gently but consistently stretched me outside of my comfort zone, encouraging me to think differently, challenge my assumptions, and reflect on the impact of my actions on others.

I have found these last 12 weeks of coaching very valuable. Hilly challenges with direct honesty and humour - which is key when delving into habits of a lifetime. Hilly has been fantastic at making me see things in me that I couldn't see for myself. Hilly is really easy to talk to and great at helping people to open up. It has been really helpful going through my goals and aspirations with Hilly and breaking them down into more manageable, less overwhelming tasks. Fantastic Experience
As others have said I was a little sceptical at first, but soon realised this wasn't the same as other courses I have attended previously.
Hilly has given me improved skills to lead my team and manage upwards, This alone will help me engage others around me.
I found Hilly to be great fun and supportive and I have learnt a lot from her.

I can’t speak highly enough of Hilly. I embarked on the coaching with some trepidation, not knowing what to expect, but Hilly immediately puts you at ease with her manner & she’s incredibly engaging with the methods she employs. The face-to-face team sessions were great fun & undoubtedly helped us bond as a team.

Starting on this journey I did think it was just another one of those corporate training experiences and why do I need to go etc etc. However my mind was very quickly changed and I can honestly say I have now learnt new techniques and leadership skills that will allow me to improve myself as a leader and Manager of a Team.
