It's disappointing to see how little regard is being taken for concerns raised by others.
I find the owner's approach to feedback deeply troubling. Legitimate concerns raised by parents and carers are often met with defensiveness rather than constructive dialogue. It's disheartening to see that negative reviews on platforms like Google are frequently labeled as 'fake,' suggesting an unwillingness to accept and address genuine issues. This not only undermines trust but also raises questions about the transparency and accountability of the nursery's management. Open and honest communication is vital in childcare settings, and unfortunately, this seems lacking here. I genuinely relate to the negative reviews that i have seen on google, so i find it especially disappointing to see how the nursery have chosen to respond.
