Fantastic customer service as always...
PPSGI are always wonderful to deal with - friendly, personable and reliable. Such a breath of fresh air not to get the 'call centre' treatment. Friendly, efficient service to obtain competitive quotes
Angela and team have sorted my commercial and domestic property insurance for a number of years and provide an friendly and efficient service. They have access to a wide number of insurers and will work hard to obtain the most competitive quotes. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service
Melissa was extremely helpful and patient with my claim. It took me many months to complete the repairs, due to a difficult neighbour, but her actions were very swift and communication was fantastic throughout.

Melissa was excellent when it came to handling my claim. The insurer was being slow due to staffing issues so she worked hard to get my settlement for me in a timely manner.

Getting reasonable deal from insurers
Following the purchase of new equipment, PPSGI managed to negotiate a much better deal with the underwriters and although this took some time, it made such a difference to have someone fighting on our side!
