I made a mistake on an order..
I made a mistake on an order... have seen it plenty of times with battery suppliers where they ship the item out anyway, knowing full well its a nightmare to return and hoping that you won't bother.
Powerandlamps cancelled the order without any issues, were really quick to respond - which as a customer, is a real show of good conduct from an online retailer.
Will definitely be a returning customer, prices are very good and the support is great. What more can you ask for when buying online!

The process from enquiring to delivery was very easy & fast. The member of staff called me and helped me through the process to ensure I ordered the correct bulb. Highly reccommend this business.

Excellent company. Was not sure which battery to order. Called Powerandlamps and got speaking to a real person who was very helpful. Can't remember the chaps name. Ordered and received next day. Works great and has my laptop up and running again. Delighted. Thank you!
