I've been working with Enable Services…

I've been working with Enable Services for several years now and I cannot fault their service. Someone is always available to take your call or pick up your email in a timely manner. I deal mostly with Joe and Tom on the support desk and they're always happy to listen and work through my (sometimes unusual) ideas and help find resolutions that work for our business. I also can't write a review about Enable without name dropping Nord, he is the heart of the company for me and a great support and account manager.

I cannot recommend Enable enough!

Sugar CRM Training session

Mike just conducted a company wide training involving a general walkthrough and explanation of purpose of our Sugar CRM. The service was very well received by everyone in our company and I would highly recommend trying to arrange with Mike a similar training to help with the onboarding and adaptation of Sugar. We have found this difficult to achieve but Im sure after Mikes training this will have improved.

First Class Service

We were at a cross roads with our works IT and phone systems. Zac came into our office to understand our dilemma. From this Zac very quickly and efficiently put together a plan of what we did need explained what we didn't and actioned it. I can not fault the service provided and I would recommend to all Enable are a fantastic company to deal with. Thank you Zac and a mention also for Tom who's been working on our project in the back ground.

Great to work with - professional and efficient

We had an excellent experience working with Enable IT Services during our Sugar CRM transition and installation. The team was very professional and efficient throughout the entire process. A special mention to George, who was incredibly responsive and helpful at every stage. He ensured everything went smoothly. Great business and highly recommended!

A shambolic excuse for a company

A shambolic excuse for a company - literally the worst experience ever from start to finish. Extremely childish Directors and a complete lack of respect for their clients. Response levels for service requests take months, things take forever to get fixed and they clearly have no understanding of how other businesses operate, particularly in a financial sense.

I would seriously advise you to stay well clear of them.
