A beautiful gift
This was a gift from my lovely niece and I loved it. It was beautifully presented and all the small gifts were individually wrapped and it was very exciting opening each one. I would definitely recommend it.

Great gift idea allowing personal touch
Great gift idea especially at this time. Delivered on time for birthday. Much appreciated by birthday girl who loved presentation and contents and sent me photo on WhatsApp.
I thought the choice was really good and the idea of the varied little gifts was very appealing

Thanks for the review Julip. We have switched to Hermes for our deliveries as really disappointingly, a few people's birthday gifts were a week late due to royal mail issues. We felt that this didn't reflect our same day service so hopefully, so hopefully everyone's gifts will arrive on time like yours now.
Surprise Gift
Excellent service and delivery in 2 days! A lovely wee letterbox gift for my daughter who is a nurse and I have only been able to see her once this year due to Covid. I am looking forward to hearing from her when she finishes a 12 hour shift tonight (she doesn’t know it’s been delivered!). I’m sure it will brighten up her night when she sees all the nice things inside the box. Thank you x

Lovely gift for mum

We pride ourselves on a same day despatch service. Your order was received at 12:51pm on Weds 18th and went to the post office that same afternoon. It was sent via Royal Mail first class which is the service you paid for. Unfortunately, due to Covid, Royal Mail are advising that first class can be delayed by up to 4 days, which it clearly states on our website. We do however offer Royal Mail guaranteed by 4pm next day which is not delayed. You were provided with the reference number prior to leaving this review. I hope that you can appreciate that, in order to provide a same day turnaround, it is not possible for us to show every customer what their order looks like. We hope that the images on our website show clearly what to expect in your gift box. There are also images showing wrapped boxes there.
We are sorry that you feel our service hasn’t met with your expectations.

I received a lovely unexpected gift…
I received a lovely unexpected gift from my sister who I haven't been able to see in ages because of Covid-19. The gift was beautifully wrapped and presented; with each item wrapped individually in Christmassy paper. There were tiny little hearts in confetti form too. All so beautiful and a lovely surprise!

I bought this for a friend who was having a bit of a tough time, since lockdown means I can't go see her I though a little gift in the post would be a nice gesture. She was blown away by it, so happy and felt so appreciated. I loved the fact you could pick your own items to send so can really make it more personal
