Hi Elizabeth,
I'm truly sorry our service has fallen short of your expectations. Your order came through at 4:15 on Friday 15th Jan. Your gift was dropped for next day service at the collection point the following morning as per our shipping policy. As you can see looking at the tracking schedule, there was a delay for collection of the item and a delay between Tues and Weds with your local courier. I am assuming, as I have not been advised for the reason, that these delays were due to the heavy snow disruptions across the country last week. I have checked our emails and you have not advised us that your gift was delayed, so may I take this opportunity to apologise on behalf of the courier.

The best fun for distant families
Excellent idea. Daughter in Oz sent a box to three families in the UK and we all unwrapped them in turn on line. It was great fun and we had a good laugh.

First time I have used Postgift and what an amazing experience. I live in Perth Australia and I wanted to send my family something this that little bit different and special. It was amazing from start to finish. It arrived in 3 days of ordering , beautifully wrapped and lovely personalised gifts. Thank you for making a covid Christmas special.
