Onvolledige levering en gebrekkige klantendienst
Ik heb op 6 mei 2026 veters besteld in verschillende matching kleuren. Bij de levering werd maar de helft geleverd en geen matching kleuren. De rest van mijn bestelling blijft staan als zijnde “preparing for shipping”.
Ondertussen zijn we een maand verder en heb ik tot 3x toe een mail gestuurd om te vragen waar de rest blijft maar er komt gewoon geen reactie. Jammer! Ik zal hier nooit meer iets kopen!

So never order your shoes from here.
They will reply to bad trust pilot…
They will reply to bad trust pilot reviews but won’t reply to emails.
After two weeks of emails and reports, I finally got a reply saying FedEx was organised… no one turned up to collect my parcel, even after rescheduling my whole day (FedEx was due to come at any time during the day). I wrote a review below and got a reply - it’s not about the customs charges … that I know … it’s about your customer service, lack of care and communication. Sizes are off even though they claim EU sizing - that doesn’t make a difference to the experience I have had.
I have since emailed 3 times to ask if I can drop this off at a drop off spot, but again no reply. What a surprise!!
Don’t believe the ‘write backs’ to bad reviews!
Instagram comments and these comments speak for themselves… but they delete those comments off instagram.
Not a brand I recommend. I would think twice about buying… especially if you have to make a return. They don’t provide proper return information on their website or in the box so bound to be refused at customs.
It would be great if you can reply to my emails instead of my trust pilot review.

J’ai commandé des lacets le 30 mars dernier, j’ai été débité et à ce jour le 8 juin je n’ai toujours rien reçu et la marque ne répond à aucun de mes emails … c’est scandaleux !
Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes, and was pregnant with my husband hospitalised going through chemo. When I finally had time to unbox them they were too small, so I asked if I could return for a larger size. That given the circumstances I had not been able to return home to try them, but they were entirely unused still packaged. They said no that it was out of the return window. Just pathetic - really how egregious I was not even asking for my money back. Absolutely horrible company. Will never be supporting them again.

J’ai passé une pré commande pour un mocassin en édition limitée le 12 avril. Nous sommes le 31 mai et je n’ai encore rien reçu. J’ai envoyé une dizaine de mails au service client mais personne ne répond. C’est honteux. J’ai payé 315 €. Est-ce que ce site est un Fake ? On peut se poser la question. Je vais engager des démarches en justice pour retrouver mon argent. A fuir !
SCANDALEUX !!!!
J’ai dû retourner 2 paires de mocassins car la pointure ne convenait malheureusement pas.
J’ai suivi leur procédure, à savoir renvoyer les produits à l’adresse indiquée sur le document de retour joint dans la commande initiale et ceci à mes frais via Colissimo international.
La société néerlandaise de livraison qui a pris le relais indique sur le suivi ne pas pouvoir livrer la société car adresse incomplète et expéditeur inconnu.
Suite à une réclamation auprès de la poste en France, cette dernière m’a remis un document attestant que l’expéditeur, en l’occurrence, moi-même était mentionné ( obligatoire de toute façon pour un colissimo ) ainsi que l’adresse complète de la Société Posa Studio identique à celle fournie par celle-ci pour tout retour produit.
J’ai envoyé 2 mails à Posa Studio leur expliquant la situation et leur fournissant tous les éléments et documents en ma possession.
Mon colis est bloqué depuis le 30 avril, nous sommes le 27 mai.
J’ai donc 500€ de chaussures dans un colis bloqué au Pays-Bas, et Posa Studio ne fait rien et ne répond même pas à mais mail.
C’est tout simplement une honte, SCANDALEUX !!!!!!!

Never again
The customer service is absolutely terrible. My order was delivered quickly, but the left shoe is cut out of shape. I sent them photos of it, but I haven’t received a reply. There are so many loafers out there, and I’ll definitely never order from here again.

Ik mail de customer service. Die antwoorden eerst correct," dit hoort niet, stuur maar terug". Ik stuur ze terug (kost mij 16euro vanuit België) Dan krijg ik als antwoord dat mijn retour niet wordt aanvaard omdat de schoenen afgedragen zijn. 2 maand na aankoop! Voor schoenen van 220 euro! Geen kwaliteit en geen customer service

Schoentjes zijn super leuk maar mijn leren veter brak meteen de eerste dag. Heb een mail gestuurd met foto's en of ik misschien een setje nieuwe veters kon krijgen maar geen reactie op mogen ontvangen helaas.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I ordered my shoes end of December and returned within 3 days. I have confirmation from post.nl that they arrived at Posa. However I haven't seen any return confirmation nor got my money back. I also mailed info posa several times but no reply. Never buy at this site!
