Amazing & Friendly Customer Service! Literally the best customer service I ever had. I spoke to Ace (one of the customer service agent), he helped me on every questions I threw at him and did not ever get lazy and dealt with my technical issues. From a customer point of view, this website builder platform has become a lovable and sustainable choice purely based on the great customer service from Ace. He understood my difficulties and did NOT speak like a Robot! Good to see genuine people helping with their client's difficulties.
In addition, speaking about the website builder itself , its seriously the cheapest but also best valued package I found, easy tools and you even get a free custom domain name. This can't get any better, go for it!

Wonderful service and customer support
It's an absolute pleasure to have your online portfolio hosted by these guys. Prices are very acceptable and their customer support is one of the best I've experienced.
Your custom website (that you design yourself, if you want to - because you can use templates as well) can look amazing, without you knowing a thing about programming. :)
I would have given them ten stars if I could.
