I received my mom's tote bag which she absolutely loved, and I loved my bag as well. This is a wonderful website, with great service, products and value. A++customer service!!!

I have several products from popmoji and love them all. I am constantly getting compliments on them 🩷 I had an issue with my phone case, but it was taken care of with the best customer service; thank you, Tiffany!

My order got stalled due to a series of storms on the eastern Us. Tiffany Wicks in customer service was able to get a replacement order done and as we were going on holidays wanted it to take was sent to our AZ address. Awesome to be able to deal with.

I needed 12 towels and some required our event text on them added. PopMoji customer service replied promptly, and took great care of my group. The towels came back so wonderful. My only advice would be to add a Beer Can in the accessory!!! I'm so thrilled we will have these for our boat ride.

Tiffany's help, fast responding time, attention to detail, and following thru with everything she said allowed me to receive a challenging order. I haven't experienced customer service like this in years! Thanks Tiffany!

WONDERFUL ~ We travel a lot and I am always looking for something that will get a WOW effect. Our towels are just the WOW I was looking for. People stopped all day inquiring about the towels, asking to take pictures, asking for the sight information. The customer service is amazing. The one laughable issue I had was resolved promptly and efficiently ~ I wish every company would hire staff like the ones that work at this company ~ simply the best products and service in one place.

I am absolutely blown away by this company. I found this company on Facebook and sometimes I’m hesitant to order from ads that I see on social media. But I read the reviews and they were all really good so I gave it a shot. I ordered four towels for my nieces and they all look amazing. One of the towels was slightly damaged, possibly from shipping. I emailed the company and received a response the next morning. They explained to me that they were very disappointed to see the damage as this is not the type of product they sell. They told me they would make a new one and send it out to me ASAP. I was so thankful. I understand accidents happen but they handled it so well. I highly recommend this company and I look forward to ordering from them in the future!

10 stars forsure. The shipping was longer than I thought because I will in Hamilton, Ontario. Definitely worth the wait. I suggest ordering weeks before Christmas, Birthday etc. This is a great gift idea for kids, couples, parents. Really fun idea.

Best experience with this company! I did a large beach towel order and it was good quality and came fast. I did an error with my order and Tiffany was so great at helping me fix it. Great customer service. Will be ordering again.

Can't say enough how wonderful everyone is at Popmoji! I had a last minute large order for my husband's big birthday and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get it in time. Not only did I get a very prompt reply to all my emails, I got all my questions answered, my order rushed and shipped in time for the big bash! THANK YOU! Simply fabulous.

Working with Tiffany was a wonderful experience. I had an issue in editing an avatar and she helped correct this issue. I had 9 girlfriends order towels and 8 of us had a contest to see who could look like their towel. We had such a great time with this and won your contest. 🥰Tiffany has been such a great support with any questions I may have had. I appreciate all of her help😀.

Customer Service is top rated. On vacation, my new towel was hanging on my balcony in Cancun. A storm came in and blew my towel away, never to be found. I contacted Popmoji for them to send me a replacement at my expense. They are being so gracious to send me my exact towel at no charge. In todays world, and customer service, I find this top rated. Will purchase again from them. Thank you.

Fantastic service! I accidentally had a wrong ship to address. They contacted me in less than 12 hours and corrected the ship to address. The towels arrived in less than 3 weeks. The product and quality are as good as advertised. I will definitely order again!
