I love shopping for their legging and shorts plus the crop pants are good as well I am always trying to get friends and family members to order some and get their own because they are so comfortable and have great stretch and compression I order at least 2 pair every time I order

I really like being in the VIP club. There's so much variety to choose from with this brand (which is great!), but I have a hard time choosing exactly what I want. That's why I love the random monthly selection. I choose whatever I am interested in on my wishlist (which is a lot!) and then get surprised by whichever one actually gets shipped to me. 10/10 experience there. As far as the actual clothing, I like it. The leggings are great for a gym session, yoga, walking, biking, etc. I am only rating it 4/5 instead of 5/5 because I don't feel that the leggings are good for hard running, which is my primary activity. The groin tends to fall low for me as I run, and the calf section also can move a little weird while running where I don't know if I should pull the pants up towards my knee or down towards my ankle. On a side note, I do really love the skort, though, and that's a 5/5 for me! It's perfect for when I need to bike somewhere, but still want to look cute at my destination.

Good quality leggings and lots of choices. I do wish the website was easier to navigate, or have the style and then have the color options within each style choice.

I cannot wait to get my pop fit package every month. I have loved every single item that I have received and the extras that are put in periodically. All the clothing wears nicely and is comfortable to wear. I will continue to be a customer of pop fit. Thank you.

I used to absolutely love it, until I got charged a shipping fee. Without a warning, no response to my email where I asked for clarification. My subscription hadn't changed and I was just completely ignored.

They lost me as a customer, I canceled my subscription.

I attempted to take part in their frwee trial leggings (choose one pair free to see if you like them), I got to the checkout screen and opted to pay with PayPal (no amount due was shown on the PayPal screen), I clicked continue (assuming id see a confirmation screen) but instead I got an order placed screen- I never received a screen that showed an amount due, or that I would be charged.
I was then charged roughly $86 to my account for the leggings.
I immediately contacted them to let them know what was going on, and I was met with hostility, gaslighting (being told that couldn't have possibly been my experience), and overall more pushback than actual help.

They then told me I would only receive a refund if I return the leggings (that I needed to pay to ship back lol)
I told them I would ship them back if they provided the return label (in my opinion it was the least they could do for the inconvenience)

They declined, and stated they would not be paying for shipping. I decided id wait for the leggings to arrive, then return them myself so then I was only put $60 rather than $86.

Well, then the leggings never arrived. They stated delivered, and never showed up. Now, they told me they will not provide a refund until the others are provided back to them (which I never received) I reported the issue to PayPal directly, and they stated they wouldn't help me at all until I closed the case with PayPal.

Who in their right mind would close a case with their financial institution after being lied to, bait & switched, harassed, and stolen from by a company?

To this day - no leggings, and im still out $86.

PayPal closed my case stating the item was delivered, which is never was.

Purchased leggings, shorts, & underwear/underwear mystery bag, and I also added the $7 exchange/refund option- since I had never tried the brand before.
Leggings- 2/10. One day of wear & the seams immediately start coming apart. Both pairs. Contacted Customer Service (CS,) & even the pair sent to me did the same thing.

Shorts- 5/10. Seams haven’t started coming apart yet. Too soon to tell.

Underwear 6/10- loved the ones I chose. The mystery bag gave me several repeat colors so that was incredibly disappointing.

CS 2/10 - Helped with the legging exchanged. Told me I couldn’t return or exchange the products I didn’t like, even though I purchased the return/exchange insurance for $7. They did not refund me the money, nor rectify the mistake on their end.

POPFit over all 2/10:
Not worth the price at the moment imo. They’re too young of a company, need to work out the bugs/glitches in their products, website, & CS.

Ive been buying cheek boss undies for a few months and absolutely love them i turned a few friends into them, i decided to try the free leggings. My husband and I own a fabrication shop and i was soldering some wires and dropped some hot melted solder onto my leg. There’s literally a blister on my leg but it didnt burn through the leggings🤣 1000000/10 for quality and fit

I ordered the joggers in a large after using their size guide. The waist is much too tight and the legs are too big. No return policy unfortunately

I paid for the shipping of free leggings which is $12.99. I never received the leggings. Customer service is bad. Don't order from this company.

It's a scam. The clothing is very cheaply made. The "trial" is a scam. Pop fit continually charged my card even after I cancelled, even after I emailed customer service 10+ times and REFUSED to pay for a return label. It's a scam all the way around

Tried to review order, instead got notification my order was placed. Tried to cancel within 30min as per their terms and conditions, was told it was too late. Now they refuse to refund my money until I receive shipment and return it. Total BS.

I’m very disappointed with the return and exchange policy. Even when you receive an item that clearly does not match the stated size, you are still required to pay for return shipping.

In my case, I ordered three bras: two fit perfectly, but the third one — although labeled the same size — is clearly smaller in actual fit. This is not a matter of personal preference; it’s an inconsistency in sizing or a manufacturing issue. Yet the only option offered is to pay for shipping to return or exchange it.

I find this completely unfair and unreasonable. Customers should not have to cover extra costs for errors made by the seller. This kind of policy seriously undermines trust and makes me hesitant to order again.

I love how soft the pants are. They have different styles and colors. Some styles run smaller. I highly recommended them to everyone!

I love the fit of the joggers and their workout pants. The stretch in the pants is great but they also have wonderful tummy control. Beautiful colors to choose from. The quality of their product is amazing. Shipping product out is fast. I have order 3 times from them and loved everything that I have received.

I have been wearing popfit leggings for nearly a decade and they have held up great over the years! I love the big pockets and all of the fun patterns. They're absolutely worth the money, and the monthly subscription is even better. Popfit is literally all I wear, I gave the flair, leggings, capri, shorts, and joggers. I did buy skirts but haven't worn them yet. You definitely can't go wrong with popfit

I love all my pop fit items. I have a little of everything they offer. Amd I do mean everything. My favorites is the flare legs and pj's. Everything fits so nice. They offer so many styles and color options they have something for everyone. The fit on it all is great. The bottems fit like a glove and move with you. No rolling down no matter what activity you are enjoying . Mine has all held up to multiple washingsamd dry on low heat. They all still look brand new. I love my pop fit collection. I'm totally addicted.

So far the clothes have held up well. I am a 2x/3x and skate in them with minimal rolling. They are really cute too!

The products are all amazing and fit so nicely. I love the brand and all it has to offer!
