Ordered a chest brace for my son who suffers lordosis of the spine/pain...
Paid £37....but was absolutely useless and quality wise I wouldn't have paid £3.70!
No invoice....returns advice.I emailed the company...and said I wanted to return the item.They initially offered "a bigger size"...even although this WAS their biggest size and measurements provided were inaccurate!
I emailed back afterwards several times but they have completely ghosted me...so I am stuck with a £37 loss and a useless piece of rubbish.
BEWARE....this is also a Chinese company...item was shipped from China....although they make out to be European based!.
Utterly disgraceful daylight robbery!!!!!

Save your money items bought are substandard trying to return eventually got a reply back they don't want items back and want to credit you not refund after replying NO and sending them their own return policy that's on the website all communications from them have stopped .please beware they are not a good company and keep bombardier you with daily offers keep and buy from reputable UK companies.

I feel compelled to warn you about my deeply frustrating experience with a company called Ponty. After purchasing goods that were not only unsuitable but entirely useless to me, I requested a refund. What followed has been nothing short of appalling.
Instead of addressing my refund request, Ponty has continually ignored my concerns. Instead, they have bombarded me with offers of discounts to buy more from them—a blatant attempt to sidestep their responsibility. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue, they refuse to acknowledge or process my rightful refund.
This is not just poor customer service—it’s outright avoidance. I would strongly urge anyone to think twice before spending their hard-earned money with this company. Don’t let yourself fall victim to the same treatment.
Let’s hold businesses accountable for their actions. Share this warning with others so they can avoid the same ordeal.

Beware
Beware - if ordering for the first time, quality varies but biggest issue is they are based in China so customer service and response is very poor. I am still waiting for an update on an order placed a month ago still not shipped.

Do not order from the his company.
The quality is inferior.
You are ordering directly from a firm based in China.
I ordered a jumper , very poor quality and sizing .
Once bitten.
I'm only glad I didn't order more than one item and also not x great expense.
I have read other reviews where people have had to wait and chase up refunds.
Also we I did not have a response from any emails I sent.
