Doesn't even deserve 1 star.... the boots i ordered were nothing looking alike the picture. Very light height for what supposed to be leather boots and i am not talking about the sole of them.
Absolutely rubbish !!!

If I could give these clowns -5 I would. The shows I ordered were terrible quality slightly damaged and wouldn't accept a return or refund they have no address or phone number. BE AWARE CON MERCHANTS.

I ordered a jumper £41.99 the money was taken from my credit card and not a word from this company since. They ignore my emails and just don't respond at all. Wish I had read the reviews before I foolishly ordered from them. I now realise it's a scam company so please BEWARE any who wants to order from them DONT
UPDATE....the jumper came and I'm not happy at all the material is £5 jumper you would buy from a market stall and I received an email from them saying that I the customer was wrong and the jumper is of excellent quality,I really think you should listen to your customers ponty and stop scamming people out of money and stop using trust pilot logo on your website saying you have good reviews on the site when you have no such thing. I'm going to report them to the trading standards for selling overpriced goods on their website. Update I put a post on Facebook and it was shared to warn people about these scammers so anyone who reads this if you could share on FB about these nasty scammers it may just help someone from getting scammed.....

It's updated it's website and now is boasting 5 green star reviews with just false name and saying what good quality the item is that they have received another scam to give customers confidence in buying from them. DON'T BE FOOLED these are not trust pilot reviews. Do not buy from this scam people. Another update Trust pilot have acknowledged my complaint and as you can see they have warned people that this company do not have the authority to use trust pilot for scamming trust pilot is a forum where we go to see trusted sites . I found The ponty intrusion when I was searching and reading something on YouTube so beware the items that's so expensive are a fraction of the price on temu exactly the same jumper I paid £41.99 temu was selling for £5.99 so please be warned The Ponty I'm doing all I can to stop them trading.

Now ponty have blocked my e-mail and won’t discuss a refund …. But if this happens to anyone and you’ve paid by credit card your bank are obliged to take the money back

Ordered a jacket for £108.00 when it finally arrived I was amazed not only didn’t it even resemble the jacket in the picture it was totally the wrong colour and the workmanship was horrendous stitching was not lined up and hanging out all over it looked like it had been done on a blind school’s drunken night out . I would never order from ponty again tried getting a return and refund total waste of time companies like this should never be allowed to advertise on the internet

Ordered a shoe , expensive than Clark’s . Size was small . Contacted them email kind of force me to keep it as they wouldn’t issue full refund . I said so many time I need money back they kept negotiating and eventually got 75% money back. Quality is so cheap too . Will never buy from them

Selling so called orthopaedic shoes for around 5 times the price you'll find them on temu for

I ordered a back brace in XXL but when it arrived it was really small so I contacted Ponty for a refund and offered to return the brace. They then offered me a voucher to the value of the brace to be spent on their website. I refused this and said I would like a full refund as per their refund policy. They then offered me half the price as a refund. I refused it and then they offered 3/4 of the price. I again refused. In total I probably sent 6 emails and have finally given up and obtained a speedy refund from Paypal. Don’t use this company!!

If only I had gone to trustpilot first. The order took weeks to come, shoes far too small. offered a discount voucher . Unable to get a refund out of them despite their web site saying ,automatically refunded using your original payment method within 7 business days. Complete scam company.

Don't trust the company I spent £65 on underwear for my husband and when they came the whole shipment wouldn't even fit my cat. 4XL I ordered was the size small over here in the UK so they would never fit him. They offered my 50% off my next order from them and I replied no thank you then they offered me 75% money back and I said no thank you I will never buy from PONTY ever again and I still haven't had an apology.

To be fair I ordered then checked the reviews when I noticed item was just showing as not moving. So started to panic emailed the company response from them was " here's the tracking number ," I waited over a week but low and behold the item has turned up. And to be fair they fit well and seem reasonable for the price. I must be 1 of the lucky one's. So 3 stars .

Trainers took ages to come, not comfortable, supposed to be Orthopaedic hard to get on ,very thin at the back wouldn’t recommend.

One star because I can’t give 0. Bought an item way too small and wasn’t impressed with the quality. I wanted a refund. They kept coming back with an email trying to flog me something else instead.

When a deal looks to good to be true, just remember it probably is. Bought some boxer shorts on buy 5 get 5 free.
Product quality feels flimsy, and that is being kind. As for sizing, its a joke, normally a 40 inch wast so order 42 inch as they state fit is smaller than normal. Couldnt get them past my hips.

Where the Trust Pilot score of 4.8 and 5667 reviews displayed on the web page is to say the least questionable!!!!

I should have checked with TrustPilot first. Like others here, I did not find out these shoes were coming from Hong Kong until I saw the tracker after a couple of weeks. I spent £53 on 2 pairs of flats which are both too tight. I requested a return form. These are the 2 responses I have had so far ....
1st REPLY: "Would you like to receive a large size?" I said "No thank you"
2nd REPLY: "Hello! It will not be necessary to return the product received. We offer a store credit of the value of your purchase 59,33 to purchase the product you want on our website. Can I send you the discount code? Thank yo" I gave quite a long response this time but I don't hold out much hope.

Not really a review but the adverts claim a much higher TrustPilot rating and 000’s of reviews

So checking it first with you directly was definitely worth it.

I purchased a posture corrector, which was smaller than expected. Ponty supplied a second corrector of a larger size, except it was exactly the same size as the first. They advised they would arrange a return and refund, which did not happen.

One star is half a star too much.

I recently placed an order.bit came up as incorrect 2 x small instead of 1 x large etc. I notified them 10mins later, then again the next day. I received no reply then a few days later got the reply "did i want to change 1 from a small to a medium",? Unbelievable I said no, anyway the order got delivered incorrectly now I have asked them to reply to my e mail as this is part of the "returns process"...so far Ihave heard nothing. They are not a professional company on any level ..
