And the stainless shelf is of excellent quality and workmanship, I am very impressed.

I installed the 60” s.steel mantle/shelf today. Can be easily installed by 1 person. I bought a carbide drill bit to drill through porcelain tile and concrete. I am pleased with the result and highly recommend Ponoma.

The communication between Yuri and his partner with us was excellent. Whether through email or via phone, they were always available to answer all of our questions right away. We live in Hawaii, and were a bit hesitant to have our stainless steel floating shelves done without having ever seen their work in person. Our order took a bit longer than we anticipated. Since we had a mix of custom and non-custom pieces, we appreciated Yuri's honesty and his suggestion that to insure that the finish matched, we wait until our entire order come from the new inventory made with their new equipment.

Customer service was spectacular! The staff was very kind and went out of their way to be of excellent service to me. As for the products we purchased they were of as equal quality and value.

The shelf was immaculate! Beautiful and refined with perfect corners & great customer service! Ponoma helped me to decide on the GLOSS BLACK and when the shelf arrived it could not have been a more perfect match for the application. I’m now ordering 2 more! I’m a perfectionist so believe me when I say these shelf’s are definitely pricey but every cent spent reflects clearly in the product quality. Shelving built to last… I’m sure my 13 year old son will place these in his own house someday. Thank you Ponoma.

I ordered two stainless steel floating shelves. They arrived quickly. The shelves look great in my kitchen. I am very happy with my purchase.

Very prompt delivery with good updates on progress. Shelves easy to put up with a good drill. Shelves are great quality and look stunning. Only down side is they were made in the Ukraine and shipped to USA then shipped over to me in UK. Not good on air miles.
