Company went above and beyond to find my order when it was late arriving,when it finally did come I lit a few straight away the smell was lovely will certainly be ordering more soon.

Ordered a sample of the lavender melts, and received a lavender and lemon sample along side, which I'm glad I did, unfortunately I found the lavender alone not to be very fragrant, yet the lavender and lemon was amazing. So that will be my new fragrance going forward, quick service nicely packaged, will order again

Dissapointed with these I usually buy scentsy ones thought these would be as good
Firstly they came in poor packaging and lids didn’t shut do
Wax melts cracked crumbled
Needed 4 pods to get a decent level of wx in Heater .
They didn’t last at all so waste of money in my eyes was going to return the remainder but at my cost etc I can’t be bothered as purchased 4 and have used 2 lots Will
Just use in my
Bar outside.

Really lovely smells, and really lasts, not too powerful to give you a headache as some can.

Pongy really does make a difference in the world of wax melts.
Others I have tried have had a faint, not quite there aroma so when I ordered from Pongy, I was expecting much of the same but boy was I wrong.
I have ordered twice now and each different melt has its own beautiful scent. I won’t be ordering from anywhere else now.

Delivery was fast, and all waxes smell amazing, won't go anywhere else

The smell is amazing the whole house smells fresh and clean. (Not that it’s ever dirty) but that clean smell is the feel good factor. I will order again and again. My parcel arrived in time for new year.

The wax melts I bought make my room smell gorgeous. I put them in a pan on top of my log burner and the smell fills the room. Very quick delivery too.

Absolutely beautiful smelling wax melts.
For so long I was buying my wax melts from super markets/big branded stores and just never found the right ones.
These fill the room and smell just as imagined when I ordered them.
Delivery was still good considering postal strikes and the packaging is cute and you can tell it’s all done with care and effort!
Will definitely order from here again and try to help small businesses instead of big branded businesses!
