Easy to follow Web site to order from, products come packaged well so arrive in excellent condition, when I used my first melt I actually couldn't believe the amazing smell it gave off, beautiful product with long lasting smell into my home.

First time purchasing from Pongy and I was driven to purchase after reading that their scents were strong and long lasting. Had a slight delivery issue which was dealt with fast and satisfactorily by Stacey. Customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced.? These wax melts were for a Mothers Day gift so haven’t used them yet, however there was a sample included which I have melted and the scent throw is absolutely amazing. I will 100% be purchasing again. Would definitely recommend Pongy x

I am so impressed with this companyd
I am so impressed with this company. The owner are lovely and the products are delightful. I was going to say my favourite is Baby powder and sweet pea but I had a little sample included with my last order I think that it might be Alien omg it’s gorgeous. Another firm favourite is hot bath have started recommending this company to my friends and family
