Easy to complete and not complicated like some other websites

As I have just taken out the policy, I don't see how I can review it. Maybe in a few months you might like to ask me again. I will say that it is the least amount of stress to set up this policy. Thank you.

"Have you had your licence suspended". Answer yes cos it was 35 years ago. "Sorry we can't insure you".
Um really? Surely you mean "in the last 5 years" or similar? Not "ever"?

talk about ease of use to get a quote. really impressed and very competitive with pricing and great benefits included. really impressed with pay by the month at no extra cost.

The quote process is very easy to use.
I could feel the innovation from a new company that wants to make a different to a traditional industry. Keep up the good work!

Although it will be good to add in annual premium option, and different level of excess as options.

I was very happy with Poncho insurance to start with as their PDS is in layman language. I actually recommended to few friends.
As we are speaking, I had to go through claim process as other party at fault and hit my 2 days old brand new (250kms only) vehicle.
Process followed.
1) Day 1: Called their customer care after hours around 5:30 pm. The call has been forwarded to some call center and they said "we are not right people, we deal with house insurance".
2) Day 1: Called again to same number and a women took all my details and informed to get the vehilcle towed, someone from Poncho will call me in next 24 hrs
3) Day 2: I made an online claim as I did not receive any call till mid-day. Have issues uploading images. Anyways, I submitted the online claim without images (2nd attempt). Assumed someone would call me.
4) Day 3: Called Poncho again around mid-day to understand that online claim never reached them and telephone claim never reached them. Friendly staff took all my detials and told me they would update me about next steps by end of day.
5) Day 4: Called them again as no update recieved. Another friendly staff, provided me claim number and informed me about next steps that vehicle would be moved to salvation and it will take 3-4 business days to get accessor report.
Day 6 - 7 are weekend.
6) Day 8 : I did not call
7) Day 9: I called to check if the accessor report is ready. They said vehicle towed on Day 8 and we may recieve by Day 11.
8) Day 11: Called again, they said accessor report is still awaiting
9 Day 12: Called again, another friendly staff said he checked in some other portal but could not see if report is ready. He said once report from Salvation comes back, it will take 2 business days for internal review and further process etc
Day 13, Day 14, Day 15 Holidays again.
Day 16: Still awaiting for accessor report.
Day 17: Accessor called and updated total loss and now in progress of finding out replacment of new car.

Every time called them I have to wait on an average of 15 mins.
Can this process be little smooth and quicker?

A quick status update by email/call/portal update would be really appreciated.

Insurance policy in layman terms is very good. Also, supporting through to tuff/hassle time going through claims will only make PONCHO the best. I could whole heartedly recommend to others if this claim process is not so painful and time taking.
