Renewing a policy is not very user friendly! If you use the same email address as when previously insured, it won't allow you to go any further to get an updated policy! So you have to use a different email address! The application/quote section needs updating

After an extensive online search for an insurer who could "tick all the boxes" for me and offer a very competitive price, I have chosen Poncho Insurance as they have the best value on all points I required. I am very pleased with the quote.

Easy to get and cheapest with most essential features. No cancellation or residual fees.

I've chosen Poncho because it was recommended by Tesla, the quote was $1300 less than i was paying with RACV and the policy had better coverage for glass and repairs. It's online portal is straight-forward and transparent. The one change i would like is more flexibility with payments; a once-a-year option or direct-debit from an account rather than a card would be preferable for me.
