I got different quotes when I had tried the 2nd time.the price increased by $6 on the next time which is very strange

As one of our customers, if there are any price changes to your premium, we aim to give you one month's notice and guarantee at least two weeks (your renewal docs are sent out to you each month) to avoid any nasty surprises. I don’t understand why only offer monthly payment option, no yearly payment which csn save some money ?

This way we are able give you an accurate quote based on your circumstances and how they change monthly. Don't fret though, we are working on a solution in the back end that will offer payment flexibility. Watch this space! Oh and welcome to the Poncho family!
