Easy Ordering Process and Outstanding Customer Support
The website was easy to navigate, with clear product descriptions that made it simple to select the correct product. The payment process was straightforward, and communication was maintained throughout, which made the overall experience considerably easier.
I did have some initial concern regarding delivery, as I was unable to enter my full address on the website, and the address lookup function did not display it correctly. I contacted Polycote and spoke with Jake, who was extremely helpful. He addressed my concerns regarding the address and confirmed the correct details via email.
Since placing my order, I have received regular email updates, including confirmation that my product has been dispatched. I would highly recommend Polycote and have every confidence that, should any issues arise once the product is received, they will be equally attentive in resolving them.

Lack of transparency
I recently spent £784 purchasing their aquaduct product for two balconies .They sent 4 large tins of DPM primer . The first balcony used only two litres after two coats which left me with 8 litres surplus . On ringing them their sales guy read from a script sheet and wasnt interested .
I then applied the first layer of base coat which dries ridiculously fast and had a terrible ruckled finish . I sent pictures to Polycote who rang me back and said if i zoomed in on their advertising image i would see the same result . Asking them could i return the product they said no as it was powdered & it this was in their terms & conditions . Who on earth zooms in on every image when they buy something and who reads every term & condition before purchasing . Not me .
All in all somebody with an idea has given these guys the license to sell it on their behalf & boy are they doing an awful job .
In life every thing you buy or do is transparent ...this outfit are not and should be avoided at all costs.

The Aquadec system is specifically formulated to provide a highly effective slip resistant surface for safety reasons, which inherently results in a textured finish rather than a completely smooth appearance. As the materials were ordered directly through our website without a prior technical consultation, we unfortunately missed the opportunity to advise you on the expected final texture, the fast drying nature of the base coat, and the precise primer quantities required before your installation began.
We are also genuinely disappointed that your telephone experience fell short of the high standards we set for our team. Please be assured we have taken your comments on board internally. Regarding the surplus primer, our returns policy on powdered goods is strictly maintained to guarantee product integrity for all users.

Bought and installed their resin floor…
Bought and installed their resin floor product. It was really thick and a real nightmare to work with and install. It dried really patchy. Contacted customer service and sent them pictures along with a video. They replied with what I guess is their standard response 'installer error'. I highlighted the thick consistency of the product, asked for them to examine the surplus product we had and if they would send out one of their representatives to inspect. All the above they were very dismissive and ommited full responsibilitly with only the pictures as evidence. They would only communicate with us over email also, which made it very difficult. They just advised that we could purchase more product from them to lay over the top to fix. Begrudgingly we purchased more product as we weren't sure we could coat over the existing with another branded product. The new product we recieved had a far runnier consistency. We installed with exactly the same install method and acheived successful results, which highlighted the fact the first product sent to us was faulty.
The whole thing felt like a scam and cost us twice what was necessary, which was not within our budget. Just a warning to others.... Never again!
I expect nothing more than they will reply with yet another condescending response to this review.

Excellent customer service
I contacted Polycote when I was renovating my house to ask how to protect my front steps. I knew absolutely nothing and Mason Freeman was incredibly patient and helpful. He pointed me to the best product, and provided a quote. The renovation took far longer than expected (obviously) and, 18 months later, I contacted Mason again. He and his colleague Jake Huckle answered a lot more questions and I placed the order yesterday. Based on my experience, the customer service at Polycote is excellent and I would certainly recommend them.

Very poor service
Very poor service, considering the price of these products I would have expected more pre sales servíce and post sales. I followed the instructions but the product failed. They blamed it on an unscientific issue and refused to consider their product may have failed. Very expensive mistake, very disappointing
