Rang and spoke to Gillian. She gave some great advice and sent a sample next day. Went ahead and ordered and the items arrived next day. There was some slight damaged but Gillian sent an immediate replacement. Excellent service.

The service from Polychannel was excellent. I initially rang with a query and spoke to Gillian. from there on in Gillian was brilliant. I requested an early delivery which Gillian requested from the couriers and she rang me on the morning of delivery to say its on its way and when the order was delivered. Not only that the products looked brilliant- impressed our landscaper. Many thanks.

We were looking for a 450mm inpsection chamber with a 225mm inlet and with absolutely no prior understanding of underground drainage, it was frustrating and stressful. We were pushed for time as the site was excavated and the forecast was for rain.

Ringing around different drainage suppliers, trying to explain what we needed to achieve for Yorkshire Water, and get help was like banging your head against the wall. All other suppliers expected us to give exact details of what was required, without any support or "expert advise" as they advertise.

Gillian was truly a rose amongst the thorns. In the very first call, Gillian's positive and reassuring tone took the edge off a stressful morning searching for inspection chambers. Gillian explained the regulations and options available to achieve our manhole move. Gillian answered every question, and there were many, with the same energetic and reassuring vibe.

Gillian went out of her way to help us find a solution for our manhole move within the limited timeframe we had.

So having ordered from this company a second time after no problems a couple of years ago I found a small part of the channel to be missing, checked and checked again but definitely not there so I emailed and to my astonishment they showed me a photo with the missing part and basically accused me of lying. Not a happy bunny but I will make do without said part especially with such unhelpful customer service. I won’t buy from you again simple. Geordie
