I joined 4 years ago now, best thing I ever did. The lessons are all well structured, good warm ups and cool-downs. My progress and strength has been steady with plenty of off the pole lessons for conditioning, as well as, splits, handstands, mastering inverts, I am currently working on mastering the shoulder mount. A long with all of the above you can submit videos for feedback and help on moves you are struggling with, you are never alone, plus a great community on Facebook.

Improved strength and boosted confidence
PPA has done wonders for my overall health. I found the local studio was missing key components to training that I was looking for. After finding PPA on FB and IG, then a friend recommended I give it a try...I will never look back! I have gained so much strength and confidence in myself! My shoulder pain has nearly resolved and my core is the strongest its been since having twins (10 yrs). Not to forget to mention the tremendous service and community that comes along with it. Give it a try..your future self thanks you. I thank Team PPA!

I love this subscription
I love this subscription. Kelly, Leanne and team are such an amazing support!! The videos are laid are in a very accessible format and the sense of community is very strong. I’m delighted to be part of this group and highly recommend to anyone.

An excellent and easy to use source for home pole
The content and structure of the online pole lessons and the support available is great. The wider PPA community is an added bonus - you may train alone but you’re not alone!
Any questions or in the rare event of issues are quickly dealt with by the friendly team.
The website is easy to use and navigate.

Absolutely amazing program
Absolutely amazing program that I would recommend to anyone, Kelly breaks things down so beautifully that I can understand exactly what’s holding me on the pole and all my grip points, some moves in pole I have struggled with so much but once I have done them in the program they make much more sense, and my chopper I thought was impossible but it’s not!! My chopper is now secure BOTH sides! Following this program also helped me in my journey to becoming an instructor and also helps me plan lessons……. Thankyou so much pole power academy ❤️
