Very interesting app with structured classes , full class with warm up, technique and cool down

Charged me for a monthly membership even though I converted it to a lifetime membership BEFORE the free trial period was over. Emailed customer service SEVERAL times and they are either not understanding what I'm saying or are providing crap customer service by being ok with double charging a new customer. Watch out for their billing practices if you sign up!!

This is a great app for beginners to learn and also advanced polers to improve their technique. You can find great tutorials for a lot of moves, each move is explained very thoroughly and carefully, starting from the ground position then moving high onto the pole. There are also warm up and cool down techniques, random exercises to improve strength and flexibility, pole flow tutorials which are mostly live videos which are after archived for viewing later on. The app is divided into multiple sections and it’s very easy to navigate. They are very helpful and responsive with any issues that you have and the price is affordable. The app has German & English options, and most of the tutorials have both language options. However, I found some tutorials which could only be found in German which could be an issue if someone does not speak the language, but that’s just a very small number of videos. They’re working on improving the app and they upload new live videos or tutorials sometimes multiple times a week, so you’ll always have something new to watch. The only thing that I personally found missing was that there are no combos or where to videos from one move to another. Nevertheless, I find this a great app and I really enjoy using it. It has helped me break down and learn some moves quickly and easily.
