They have been reliable in the past but still waiting on a package that was ordered september 2021. (Actually 2).
They have confirmed that they still need to deliver the items but are ignoring any request regarding a timeframe or a refund.
I had to pay extra because the item was suddenly more expensive for them to get but still not getting back to me even though I paid multiple times for these orders.

Be careful
My first order was fine, they delivered in two weeks. 45 days passed since my second orders, contacted them last month they replied they’re going to deliver on April and they’re busy with a huge influx of orders then contacted them again the next month they replied with the exact same response (copy paste) but April was changed into May. Still no delivery to date

Great sellers!
I've made several orders and have been really happy with what I received.
On one order I made, a card I purchased had got damaged in transit so they sent me a brand new sealed one which was more expensive than the one I originally purchased to make up for it which was really nice of them.
I understand they're a small team so orders can take a while to ship at the moment, but they always communicate well with me.

Seems totally fine
Got my Order of Candy Containers with Figures in around 2 weeks.
They even splitted the design and gave me 3 of each, really nice!
But sad that shipment+zoll are getting quite expensive, but japan to Europe so its ok i guess
