I brought the Pokémon cards didn’t receive, I pay the fedex shipping fee, my son very disappointed, is scam

Preordered the new precious collection box still havent gotten it and no update. whenever i email support no response such a terrible company never shopping again from here.

Horrible company. Two months and my order is still pending. They said preorders aren’t able to be refunded. Probably never gonna see the cards. Don’t buy from them!

I ordered a vmax climax booster box and it was shipped to me within a few days and they even sent me some freebies :)

Custom fees that are not even mentioned dont shop on this site, they should be sued

Items were ordered in Oct 2022. Items have still not been shipped........... Repeated email to support gets only one answer that the items will be shipped in November, as they are small team....Why is Pokejapan, promoting new items or having black friday sales, if they cannot fulfill earlier orders.....Does it take more than one month to ship the orders out ??.....Shipping costs has been charged by pokejapan, for supposedly " FedEx Priority express"...I don't understand how there are positive reviews ?....Are the positive reviews from pokejapan staff themselves ???....Annoyed and disappointed customer.....This level of poor service is strange for a Japanese company

even that there was a small delay linked to fedex i can say the support team is giving a good service. i’m ordering al lot even only cards from Pokejapan. Good company for me to buy my japanse pokemon cards and boxes.

I ordered a Pokemon S9 Star Birth Premium Trainer Box for my 12 year old son who saved it for it with his own money on 3rd April 2022. It cost $200 AUD. They then delivered the incorrect parcel. When I contacted them the response was basically sometimes they get delivers wrong and bad luck which I refused to accept and then got another response from what seemed like a manager who apologised for the first response. They asked me to send back the incorrect parcel but never sent the original order. It is now November and not a single response after many follow up emails.

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!

I am gutted to be having to write this review after so many positive experiences with Poke Japan.

For background, we are / we were a trade customer of Poke Japan, spending around £2000 per week, every week with them for around 3 months. They never took longer than 2 weeks to ship and order to us and every time the orders were spot on.

At the beginning of December, we placed an order as usual and sent the money for the order.... 2 weeks have passed and we haven't even heard from them, let alone recieved out goods. To begin with, I was fearful that something had happened to Will or James who run Poke Japan, but after sending messages on Discord, emails to 3 different addresses and calling them on both WhatsApp and telephone and have heard absolutely nothing from them.

So we are nearly £2000 down and no idea where we stand. I've had to set up with another Japanese company now which is a massive shame after 3 months of flawless service before.

People are just impatient and they don’t understand pokemon has a bigger following in Japan I got my stuff kind of far off but I got what i wanted. I would buy again

COMPLETE SCAM!! I ordered from this site when they had a sale going on & spent about $500. It took them 6 MONTHS to ship my pokemon booster box's & the worst part is that instead of sending me Sun & Moon Double Blaze Booster box's which i paid for, they sent me Fusion Strike booster box's which are way cheaper... They never replied to my complaints & never got my money back.

Don't shop here. They are scammers. I ordered back on May and still no sign of my order. I've emailed 8 times and everytime they said its awaiting shipment due to an influx of orders.

I ordered my son a booster box on January 7th. It said 21 days max. February 22nd no booster box. They said it had not even been processed. Cancelled order. April 18th sent an e-mail saying that I had not seen a refund. Never saw a refund, never got the booster box. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered two booster boxes from this store. They sent me an email saying it will take roughly 2 weeks to ship. I was okay with that. 2 weeks later they shipped it out using FedEx Priority. So from the time it was shipped from Tokyo to Ottawa, Canada it was about 3 days. Had a good experience, I would probably ordered again from them in the future.

Got scammed. rip.

This is insane, placed an order mid June and received a confirmation email as well as a second email saying orders may be delayed 2 weeks. No problem I wait 2 weeks, then another. Still no news of it being posted so I emailed and asked what was going on to only receive a generic pre written response saying my order is due to be shipped in July. Okay no problem but July comes and goes and still no news. Emailed a few days ago (early August) and asked for a refund and was sent the exact same email I was sent a month prior but with ‘August’ instead of ‘July’ with no acknowledgement that I want my money back. So at this point who knows if I’ll get my cards OR my money back. Is this joint a scam? Can’t say for sure but I’ll definitely never use them again. And you probably shouldn’t either if you want your product while it still has relevance.

I took a chance and ordered a number of booster boxes from them and the shipping was fast, like it is when ordering from Plaza, which was nice. When we opened the boxes, 2 of the Vmax Climax boxes contained Fusion set, a factory error that I'd never seen before. Sent customer service a message and the response was super quick. They were polite and solved the issue with a discount on my next purchase, even though there was no way to prove of the mix-up being a factory error. My next order (using the discount code) also came quickly. Overall I've had a very good experience with PJ and I'll be ordering from them again

Well I bought about $900 dollars worth of booster box's from these guys because they had a big sale. It took them literally 6 Months, yes SIX MONTHS to ship the booster boxes. The worst part is that I ordered double blaze Japanese boxes & when I opened them the packs were all FUSION STRIKE!!!!! They never replied to my complaints. Don't buy from the scum of earth if you have a brain.
