Lovely warm and comfortable slippers and love that they're eco and ethical! Unfortunately my package was lost by Royal Mail and there was some confusion about how this was going to be rectified, but Po-Zu sent through a replacement in the end, so all good!

These boots were absolutely gorgeous. But unfortunately, they were impossible to fasten, due to narrow tops.

I didn’t get my shoes
I didn’t get my shoes. I ordered them and over a full week went by and then I got an email telling me they’d sold out in my size and canceled the order. Pretty frustrating and makes me feel like they processed later orders before mine based on how long it took for them to cancel. Then they emailed me asking them to rate them.

Thank you for your feedback, apologies that your experience has not been anywhere near as positive as we would normally aim to provide.
We manage all our orders through a strict first come first served basis, this process is managed by software that is linked to our on line store and our warehouse.
I have looked into your order and it does seem as though we had a system glitch, which last around 3-4 days which caused these issues, offering availability on merchandise that we were sold out of, normally the system manages this and does not allow orders to be accepted on goods / sizes that have sold out.
We certainly did not ship more recent orders before you and have no real idea why we should even aim to process 'order's in this way?
We have another warehouse in the EU and i may have located a pair of the products we were unable to ship, i will only establish this later today, if we have your size available would you like me to reserve them?
If you are able to let me know that would be great.
Thank you for your review and apologies you felt this way surrounding your unsuccessful attempt to buy products from our on line store.

we had to wait some days longer than…
we had to wait some days longer than expected., but they explained that was because they had to come from Belgium (thanks to Brexit I expect) but the products are good. the slippers are great, just as expected.
The boots are difficult to put on, very tight on my instep which is not high. but once on they are very comfortable slightly loose on my foot actually

My piper boots are So comfortable
Excellent service - easy ordering process and swift arrival of my Piper boots in brown. They are a very comfortable fit and are great to wear. The lining makes them warm too.

Shoes are fine
Shoes are fine. Vegan leather looks a little bit plasticy but is holding up well after 6 weeks use. One issue is that as they are stitched and not glued - they do let in water as it runs down the upper into the sole unit. I understand the reasons for not using glue but it might be good to find a workaround. I use these to cycle to work and even in moderate rain my feet get a bit wet.

There actually is nothing actually available manufactured or natural by the term of Vegan Leather, in our world is either Vegan which is 100% leather free of leather. Actually only last week there was a law passed in Portugal and Spain stopping manufacurers refering to man made materials as Vegan leather, which is great news for us, as it simply clears these blurred lines up and ensures brands and marleting gurus do not continue to make people believe certain things are happening with materials when they are not.
In terms of the construction, if the uppers were not stitched the sole would eventually become un-bonded and break down.
The Vegea material we used for the first time in the Onyx and our women's boot collection.
It maybe because its the Black version you are seeing that shine, as the White options look and feel beautiful. In fact the Vegea introduction has been really well received and we will increase the amount of style we manufacture going forwards in this innovative material, from Italy.

Slightly too tight for me for long walks
I love my shoes. The look is great and initially, they were so comfortable. But after a day of walking in them, both my little toes are hurting as they are slightly too tight. Really frustrating. For short walks and trying on, I hadn't noticed, but now I'm suffering! Out
A bit bummed out really.

Ordered some Pozu VIM boots in grey, quality feels good and it's kept me dry in the wet weather so far. Loved the free slippers too :D
The 3D shoe on the website was great, wish more stores had this tbh, really helpful for seeing every detail and making a choice!
