Bought the Vim boots
Bought the Vim boots. This is the second pair I've bought, so I think that tells you how much I like them.
Comfortable and canvas hi-top sneaker with the added benefit of being fairly waterproof due to the canvas being impregnated with rubber.
I think I'll keep on buying them whenever I see they are one special offer.

Boot pull loops could be stronger
I absolutely love love love these boots! They’re so comfortable that I can even wear them occasionally to work and be on my feet all day. My only critique is that I wish the boot pull loops were more robust or more secure. I managed to pull one end out on both of them soon after getting them. So disappointing, but that hasn’t put me off wearing them in the least! I still love them!

We try our best with every single order, however after we have picked the orders the responsibility is in the hands of the couriers, that's another story and would take to long to explain, what we have seen in the last 6 months!!!

Felt unsteady, sore feet
The boots (Vim water resistant boot in grey) are undeniably beautiful, but that is unfortunately where the benefits stop for me. I was actually going to return them before I wore them because they were uncomfortable and felt unsafe on my first try, but the return shipping was not worth sending them back (at the time, international shipping for the parcel size was almost the entire cost of the product). That is no fault of the company and I understand from reading their replies to other reviews that they may eventually have a distribution center within the US to mitigate that issue.
When I first tried them on, I felt unsteady on my feet. The soles of the shoes are curved, possibly because the tread is just straight lines going across the foot. This tread pattern is also only good for gripping from front to back, and if your foot moves sideways on a slippery surface then those treads almost act like the blade of an ice skate and continue moving your foot in that direction.
In dry conditions they are just generally uncomfortable, especially across the top of my foot where the rubber and canvas meet. There’s a lot of space between the footbed and the top of the shoe and it may be improved by adding an insole, but I was hoping my shoes wouldn’t need modifications or accessories. The shoes are the correct size but there’s so much space inside I ended up with blisters and sore areas all over my feet. I have seen some of their responses to other reviews suggesting to wear different socks, and I can say I’ve worn them with several types of socks, from thin to midweight compression socks to heavyweight wool hiking socks with cushion without notable improvement.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend the style I bought, but I am looking forward to trying their other styles once there’s a local distributor and it’s more economically sound for me to exchange or return if needed.

Over a period of around 24 months we have of course seen individual reviews stating that the fit wasn't correct and the heel may have rubbed, given the style is based around and ankle boot, however nothing like your feedback.
All of this feedback is shared and discussed.
The Vim remains our best selling product over a 36 month period, although that does not take away your own individual issues, you have taken the time to feedback to us.
In terms of a potential USA distribution centre this is our goal, which would simply make sending and returning parcels far more competitive than what we have now and far more efficient/practical.
Footwear and more importantly the fit is exceptionally subjective as peoples feet are like finger prints all very different and rarely ever the same with different types of footwear, from Sports shoes to closed shoes to boots etc all fitting very differently in the main due to the manufacturing process. If we were able to manufacture a product that fitted all of our client base the same we would have stumbled across something that has never been accomplished before. So our goal / objective is always to attempt to suit the large proportion of our clients, by looking at the styles and lasts that we have used and what sold in previous seasons.
I am sorry to hear of the problems that you faced with your purchase. The fact that the Vim has not been a great experience for you is frustrating, whilst you may not be in a position to recommend this individual style yourself, i hope this does not put you off visiting the site again in the near future.

I purchased several pairs of shoes and boots from Po-Zu over the years. Whenever I've had a question, their customer service reps have responded promptly and were super nice. Plus, the delivery time from the UK to the US was faster than I would have expected.

I ordered Vim and Pearl boots. Both feel comfortable, look nice, good quality. Putting them on and taking off takes time. Overall, I hope I can walk in these many km.

First off why I give 5 stars
First off why I give 5 stars. I live in Hawaii, most shipping costs are outrageous!! Then you can’t get things shipped at all. That was not the case with Po-Zu shoes. On top of that considering the distance my Piper Boots were here in 6 days. Very happy with that!!
As to the Boots themselves, well all I can say is they are very well made, materials are top quality!! The foot measurements and the boots I received were right on the money!! Comfort is very important to me and these boots are just that comfortable!!! I now have 2 pairs, one black and one brown!! So you could easily say I’m very satisfied with my Po-Zu boots!! Highly recommend!!!

Comfortable straight away
Their shoes and boots are always so comfortable straight away, none of this waiting for them to break in which never works. I like the fact you can chose to have leather or a non-animal alternative. They are always well made and I like the fact they are a little bit different than the norm.

We try as hard as we can to really ensure that our customer service and delivery experience is first class. Despite our best efforts and in your case a delighted customer, we have been experiencing COVID related issues with regards to our UK warehouse and the courier service from the Royal Mail and other International couriers have been at best 4/10. Its annoying as it is out of our control and such an import piece of the customer journey.

After a bump in the road, got my shoes and love them!
I ordered my shoes in January and still haven't received them yet. When I asked customer service about the issue, they said they would check and then never responded to any other emails sent. I simply want my shoes!
Update: Although it took 2 months, I was finally able to get my shoes and loved them! It appeared to be a faulty shipping provider, not Po-zu itself. I appreciated the response and received a partial refund, which helped make up for the wait time. Will be returning for more shoes in the future!
