Major scam. I bought an oven, tracked it for a whole month til they said they attempted delivery. The Podtrek tracking site is just a con as well. Now I’m having trouble getting a refund from my credit card company because of the way payment was taken. Do not go anywhere near this site.

Yes also had the same experience despite checking on trust pilot in February and Pluuf seeming to be legitimate at that time - this is a scam, nothing ever arrived, contact details don’t work and now the tracking reference website has disappeared.

DO NOT BUY from Pluuf.
We have had the same experience as others here. Bought a camping fridge which never arrived. Podtrek tracking provided updates and despite saying delivery was attempted we were about each time. This is a scam.

Looks like I am another that has been scammed. Paid for an expensive Dyson Hoover - followed updates every day on their tracking website (which also appears to be a scam) and now ‘apparently’ they have tried to deliver twice and I wasn’t available. I was in both days and there was even a note on the door. Now my order is on hold with no way of getting in touch with them! Pluuf support are ignoring e-mails and the number for the tracking company (based in the Netherlands) doesn’t exist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

pls anyone who knows how to shut them of will do something good and save thousands of thousands from all over the UK
I bought by them a expansive camera about 6 weeks ago and like all others here i saw on there logistic scam website everyday updates till it came up Delivery Attempted Recipient Unavailable
so that's the case with everyone avoid and help to bring the to justice

I ordered a hoover last month and a month later, I have just realised the tracking website was fake…claiming my package was moving at such a slow pace from Rotterdam to Edinburgh to Glasgow to Newcastle to Middlesbrough then claiming it was handed over to a courier and that I missed the delivery despite no one turning up at my address (I have a doorbell camera!!). They do not reply to emails….AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Scam. They sent emails that order has been processed and gave tracking number from podtrek.com (another fake website) but then tracking was updated nearly daily but delivery never happened, its been 1.5 month now.
It beats me how this company can have 2.5 stars rating on this website - Trustpilot.com - when there are only 1 star reviews.... should be max 1 star....

AVOID AVOID AVOID scam company ordered 27th Jan 25 , gave you tracking information from podtrek which is run by same scammer gives you tracking from Rotterdam to delivery address which takes weeks, which gives scammer enough time to get funds cleared then doesn’t respond to emails company is registered to Chinese takeaway in Nottingham, linked to a dr Yong tang

Please do.not buy anything from PLUUF.com THIS IS A SCAM and the delivery company PODTREk is a scam they will kept telling you it's on its way but you will never see your parcel

I ordered a V15 from the website on 5/2/25. Whilst I had queries, the customer services under the name Paige Evans was very prompt with her replies and was very helpful and a link to their portal. I was provided a tracking number from PODTREK (another scammer). I was receiving daily update of my order travelling from Europe to Scotland, then from each town in Scotland to London. Since 25/2/25, I have been emailing Pluuf but have not received a reply. Then I get a notification stating the attempted delivering to my house. I was home the whole day but the door bell did not ring neither was there a card. I tried emailing the PODtrek, no response and their contact number in ROtterdam does not work either. There is another notification stating they attempted again today and I have been home and nobody showed up. These entities do not even deserve 1 star

Silly, silly me. Fell for the compelling, though not ridiculous, prices but it’s just a scam.
Tracking details provided - and tantalisingly updated quite frequently - but the logistics company doesn’t exist.
Avoid.

I ordered a camera, at a reasonable but not stupidly cheap, price. The order showed as being processed, then out for delivery, from Rotterdam. 3 and a half weeks later and I still hadn't received my order. I contacted them and asked them about when I could expect the delivery. They told me it would be another 5 days, from Newcastle!! I then asked for a refund as 4.5 weeks is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. They emailed me 'confirmation of the refund being issued, saying it would be 5 working days to appear in my account. 10 days later, I'm still waiting and they have gone silent, not responding to emails or calls. This site is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM PLUUF!
