Husband ordered a battery case for over $100 and it never came. Of course they took his money, just never sent the product. First we thought it was just lost in the mail, but after seven attempts at contacting them with no response we gave up. Stay away from this company. Total scammers.

Plus Cases does not deserve a single star rating. Due to it's horrendous customer service ( what customer service? Non-existence ) No-one taking phone calls No-one would reply emails..!
I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BOGUS BS COMPANY.

This business must have changed hands. I received my case in days and have had three emails with support for charging clarification. This is a whole new ballgame.

The case I bought for my iphone 12Promax broke at the lightening connection within 4 months. I paid almost $100 and they never responded to my emails to customer service. Piece of junk rip off.

Do not waste your time or money here, ordered over month and a half ago and no battery case, only excuses now they won’t even respond.

I am considering my self as a Professional online byer lol! I cant believe that in 2023 people still do BIZ like this, its been 2 weeks since i placed the order, however i never got anything yet, after sending a email i got no reply, the Biggest joke of all is when you call the 1866-221-4752 Its says Due to COVID we cant answer any calls (HAHA) basically my DOG eat my home work, i see on this form that people complain that the battery was no good, but to be honest i am surprised that someone even got the case & he is able to give a review on the product.

My card was charged immediately and I never got any type of order confirmation at all.

Calls to their customer line are answered automatically, one is told to send an email.

My emails were bounced back as their mailbox was full.

Like the others have warned—DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy anything from this company. What a scam! Returned a phone case. It's been over a month and they stopped responding and haven't returned my money. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. The phone case I bought from them was double the price for the same exact one I could buy on amazon which I realized after I purchased.

They are the absolute worst people with customer service. I’m notifying my credit card company to refund my money. It’s been over three weeks and nothing from them about shipping. I have an appointment with the local postmaster to charge them with mail fraud.

Purchased TWO of their iPhone 14 Pro Max battery cases. Our first car has wired Apple Car Play and it will not connect when the phone is in this case. Our second car has wireless Apple Car Play and it connects fine. But Qi charging is eratic. I tried to return my wife's case because it will not connect at all over the wire. (mine won't either by the way, in her car) They refused to take it back because we don't have the original packaging.

Liars and cheaters. Take money twice and didn’t deliver the product at all. Will never buy and advise people against buying through the plus size or Amazon site in plus store.

I bought and IPhone 14 Pro Max Battery Case for $ 129.95 and it was a totally scam, the place hasn't send me a delivery day nor answered my messages about it, I already called my bank to make a claim, such a porks stealing people's money!

Case started out good first week. Second week was not worth a crap. Would not let return.

Ordered a phone case on Sunday and paid extra for overnight delivery. After it wasnt sent Monday, I called them but the phone number does not work. Emailed them and got a response 24 hours later saying that the case I ordered was on back order. It would ship in a "few weeks" even though they took my money! Never again with these people

Ordered battery case for new iPhone 14 which showed as in stock. Also showed would ship and delivery in 3 days. All lies. This is a scam. It’s a scam company and you need to stay away! I had to go to my PayPal and dispute the charges. Now PayPal is dealing with their lies. Any credit card company in bed with this company should be held liable for aiding a scam company.

I ordered a case in September, phone number doesn’t work and when they respond via email, keep saying will be shipped next week. This is a scam company. Do not buy from them

Purchased 2 battery cases for iphone 14 in middle of September. Never shipped. Attempts to contact company this week have gone unanswered. Their company phone goes to message stating they are no longer taking in-person calls due to Covid. No response to emails. Had to call credit card company to dispute charge. Also, their emailed invoice didn’t add CA sales tax, like most legit companies do. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH “PLUS CASES.” I believe they are now a total scam.

This is worse company I have ever had to deal with. Just a scam. I sent back a case (never used it) in its original packaging. Paid for shipping it back. A month later still no news. I have sent multiple emails, tried to call them, nothing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !

False and a scam. Took my money and did not deliver the purchase. Mostly unresponsive to emails. When they did respond kept saying backordered. When I got tired of waiting they said would cancel order. Still waiting for cancellation And refund. Not legitimate company.
