PLUS CASES DOES NOT FULFILL ORDERS! I ordered in March 2022 with no problem but now is very different. On July 18, 2023 I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Wireless Charging Battery Case with $5 expedited shipping for $84.96. Status says "Unfulfilled" and no response of shipping status to six emails or online messages. I have turned this over to my credit card company, they are issuing me a temporary credit, and the dispute department is handling it directly.

It was too large and have emailed and used their site on7 different times to request a return authorization…..with not one reply…..I foolishly ordered a smaller case from them and it has been weeks no reply. Using COVID as an excuse they no longer offer personal phone service! Today I turned the issue over to my credit card company for resolution

I paid expedited shipping for a product that didn't arrive. I cancelled it via e-mail, but a month later received a notice it was arriving. When I explained that I already cancelled it, the company told me it would have to be cancelled after I received it because it was too late on their end. They suck.

Waited over a month. One response from a sales rep, but no other replies to repeated requests. Cancelled my order. Don't buy anything from this brand. Are they even legitimate? They don't act like it.

Over a month after they received a USPS signed receipt of product, Plus Cases has not returned my refund. Product was too heavy, returned it per their 7 days to get to them requirement in a timely manner. Emailed four times to find out why the refund was not put back into my account. excuses were I will ask my Receiving dept. or Manager. Still nothing over a month now.
STAY AWAY at ALL COST.
Not reading reviews was a bad move for me. In fact, I should've known when I couldn't find reviews anywhere else. Looks like I own this bulky item I'll NEVER USE.

I am writing this email to address my frustration with your company's poor customer service regarding my order number 41881. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service that I have received, and I believe that it is necessary to report this to you.
I placed my order on April 1st, 2023, and it was scheduled to be delivered overnight. However, to my dismay, it has now been two months, and I have still not received the product. Despite emailing your company over 18 times, I have not been able to speak with anyone who could provide me with a satisfactory response. Every time I have followed up, I am greeted with the same answer that my order is "in progress “ and that it will be delivered shortly.
This delay has caused me significant distress as I urgently need the product. The lack of communication and transparency from your end has only exacerbated my concerns. I am writing this email as a formal complaint and to express my disappointment with the service that I have received.
I urge you to take immediate action to address the situation and deliver the product as soon as possible. If for any reason, you cannot deliver the product, I expect a full refund. Additionally, I hope that you will take steps to improve your customer service and ensure that such delays and communication issues do not occur in the future.
Thank you for considering my complaint, and I would appreciate a prompt response from your end.

I too wish I had researched these guys before buying from them. Ordered a Mophie case on 5/6. Shortly thereafter I checked status and it said it was delivered (it was not). Multiple follow-up emails met with "it's shipping out next week thanks for your patience." Last 3 emails I asked to cancel the order and their response was "it will ship next week thanks for your order." They refuse to cancel and at the same time don't appear to be shipping the case. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER.

I wish I had read these reviews first. I would give this company zero stars, if possible. I ordered two case and a power pack. The cases came in a reasonable period of time, but both had defects. They responded to emails fairly quickly and promised replacement cases. It’s been 2 months, but the replacements have not come. They send emails showing shipping numbers, but USPS says that the labels have been created, but have never been received by USPS.
In the meantime, I ordered a power pack from them and it’s been about 6 weeks. Same thing. They show it’s been shipped, but USPS show that only the label has been created.
I do not recommend this company. They are affiliated with the Shop app. Maybe there is recourse through them.

Sadly another victim of this company. I have been waiting for my order or a refund since January 7, 2023. At first they replied there was a delay. Now they don’t bother to reply. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Meanwhile they send me ads almost daily.
Nigerian princes have better reputation than this company!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Nearly 2 months has passed since I placed my order #41593. They have mostly ignored my emails. On two occasions that they responded, they said it’ll be shipped “next week”!! Just filed a fraud alert with Amex. Nigerian princes and Pornhub have better reputation than these people.
I ordered March 31, haven’t received yet
I ordered March 31, 2023. My invoice shows payment completed same day. I have yet to receive the battery pack. Online status shows paid, but unfulfilled. After MANY emails- their responses are “the item is not in their warehouse and they are working on it”. It is now March 26th and still delays. 🥺
I’m beginning to think I’ve been duped. PlusCases used to be a good company to work with.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered and received a 10000 charger but wanted to exchange it for a 4800ma charger due to the bulk and weight of the 10k version. I received initial correspondence but it was clear that the responder was challenged comprehending English. I followed up with three emails with no response.

Im not sure what to do at this point. I spend $125 on a case over 5 weeks ago. It still says being prepared and they will let me know when it ships. I cannot get a hold of anyone. No one responds to the 6 emails I have sent. My company is asking about the case and I have nothing to show for it.
Garbage Company & Customer Service
The absolute worst customer service. Little to no communication. Took almost 2 months to receive the cases I ordered. Tried to return the cases, sent them back, have yet to receive my money back. They are also charging a 10% restock fee. Not my fault that I no longer need the cases 2 months after I ordered them. They still owe me money. Supposedly their shop is in Louisiana, but I would bet money that it’s actually in CHINA, which is why it takes some long to get the cases. Their phone number goes to an automated message blaming COVID for not having anyone answer. That’s just a lie, they don’t have anyone answering because they’re probably Chinese and can’t speak English!! If I could give these jerkoff’s negative stars I would. Scumbags.
