initially we trusted the company because they said they will create traffic and bring leads/calls to our company, but it is more that 2 months already we did not get promised leads/ calls, and company charged us again despite the fact that they send us email saying that they were fixing something in the system and will not charge us again

This company is a total scam and a fraud. I agreed to try their services for $199 per month on a month to month basis. After several months went by with no results whatsoever they took out an extra payment. One at the end of June and another one on July 6th. I canceled my account on July 22nd and I was told by the customer service person that every thing was ended. Then, out of the blue on Sept 9th I saw that Plus 1 Locals had debited my bank account 2 times on Sept 6th for $495 each, a total of $990. I did not authorize those 2 payments. They were stolen from me. Visa will not do anything about it because they said I gave them my info. I tried to call Plus 1 Locals and they no longer accept phone calls.. Don't know who put all of the positive reviews here. I think they are fake reviews!

This place is a scam. The positive reviews are being written by themselves as a cover. They fraudulently took my money, didn't provide the services promised and then TOOK UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS from my card months later out of the blue. I had to cancel my card and report as stolen (huge pain). These people belong in jail.

I didn't receive any calls from their SEO Marketing efforts. Even after this they kept calling to get money from me after I spent $650. Why would anyone keep paying for something that isn't working. Part of that $650 was for GMB Profile, but I didn't go through with it seeing that their citation page tactic didn't work. It was a total waste of time and money. They did give me my money back after several threats form the cold calling that they did for me. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A SCAM.

Same Harvey Walker did the same thing to me as the other guy on here. I was told to I was going to get five cities in Salt Lake City. I never showed up anywhere not in the second page or the third page. When I opened up a dispute with venmo he called and called. He also wrote me an email that said if you dropped the case with venmo will refund your money. Still waiting for the refund. Harvey. 😭😭😭. If this has to go to court it will. I'm not going to rest until I see some justice.

I'm an old guy and have tons of questions and I really thought this place would be just like all the rest, wanting only the easy accounts, but they are great to work with and Bruce Hill was super patient and helped me understand how the whole process works and doesn't get frustrated with me and all my questions.
