They had horrible management. Tries to get money out of you. Project managers dont do their jobs. They screwed me over for legal matters. Please do not trust other reviews, and just not use this company. I spent so much money and got no results. No feedback was taken into account. No responsibility, no customer service. I had to fight tooth and nail for any refund I could get.

They started off great. Work was moving along. I was asked to write up what I wanted on my web pages. It took me a bit to get it done, as I work insane hours. Once I got it to them, they said I needed their “writers” to write the pages for me. I was originally quoted a price that was supposed to be for a finished product. I was later told I needed to pay for these writers, so I did. The so-called writers sucked. Huge waste of money. I emailed the web designer back & gave him what I wanted him to use. He said he would get back to me. Didn’t hear from him for a while, then FINALLY hear back, saying he’d been sick. I tried being understanding & gave him more time. He sent me 1 page & it wasn’t the writing I told him to use. He said he would check into it & get back to me. He’s now ghosted me. I can’t get him to answer e-mails now. Waste of time & money. Stay away from Branded Design Gurus.

It has been 3 weeks since I paid in full for website design with Branded Design Guru, and they have completely ghosted me. I received an invoice and intake form to get started on my website, which I completed in a few hours. I have heard NOTHING in response from Branded Design Guru regarding my project. Instead, I received an email from another sales representative within the company regarding my "proposal," offering me prices much higher than I paid and that are listed on the website.
I spoke with Shawn Cohen, who sent me big-name websites the company had done, and he said I could have a fully designed website finished in 20-25 working days. It has been more than half that time (13 working days to be specific) and no work has been done at all. I have sent emails and replied to the email sending me an invoice with no response.  
This whole ordeal with Branded Design Guru has been a huge waste of my time and the money I pay for a website for my business.

Sid Johnson saved my life! I was not receiving emails for weeks at a time and I also wasnt able to send emails! Within an hour of being on the phone with Sid, he then took over control of my laptop and magically saved my outlook email provider. Within minutes I started receiving all my emails that were missing and I also was able to send emails again. Sid Johnson is a technology genius and I cannot thank him enough. This only goes to 5 stars, I would give him 100 stars! I recommend him to all my friends and family if they are ever in trouble with their computers or laptops or anything technical. Sid gets the job done!!

My experience with this company has been nothing short of professional and very helpful. They walked me through the process of the website, domain name transfer and setting up the new email server. I was very nervous about all of this but Sid Johnson was extremely patient and helpful. This company is very responsive and customer service oriented.

BDG is in the midst of developing my website. I've been a very demanding customer: I supplied a 35-page business requirements document that laid out a unique business model and requested substantial changes to the wireframes presented for my review, sometimes challenging ideas held up as best UI practices. The BDG client-interaction team has been unfailingly polite and thorough in responding to my review comments, letting me know if they thought my ideas would create a poor shopping experience. We didn't always agree on this matter, but I respected that they spoke from extensive experience.

I look forward to working with them in subsequent phases of my project.

The Branded Design Guru team is amazing! They worked so hard on our new website and logo. They were always kind and helpful no matter how many times we changed our mind or decided to add something new. We have an amazing new website and the compliments keep coming in. Having just started with Branded Design Guru, I must say that their customer service is excellent. Follow up is absolutely wonderful and they took a lot of time to understand what my vision was and how they could bring it to life. On just the first meeting I was able to speak to the animator, Sean, and get information, feedback and options. Jason, the customer service person, made absolutely certain to listen and ask pertinent questions and his follow up has been amazing

I have payed BrandedDesignGuru to finalize my logo and for business cards. My business cards will arrive soon, and I am happy with how they made my logo look.

Ray did a great job as our design consultant. The website came out even better than I had originally anticipated. Very happy w/ Branded Design Guru.
